Reviews for Jimmy John's in Liberty Lake, WA
I ordered a sandwich on my lunch hr. I waited 30 min and it did not show up. I called and I was told it would arrive... momentarily. I waited another 15 min and called back. I was then told the driver has not even returned to p/u my sandwich fordelivery. I am now going without lunch because my lunch is over. All they had to do was let me know and I would have madeother arrangements. Not nice Read more
Their service isn?t as ?freaky fast? as it used to be but it?s worth it for the delicious sandwiches. Also they?re still faster... than subway. Personally I would recommend their Italian club sandwich. Read more
It's been awhile since I've eaten at this location, but it's truly gone down hill as of late. The sandwich i ordered yesterday... was 90% bread. Skimping on toppings like they are going out of business and really need that extra 50 cents. I added hot peppersto my sandwich, at an additional cost, there were 3 slices in total...it's not a good sign when you are searching for thelettuce. Read more
We were passing through Liberty Lake and stopped and got 2 sandwiches to go and when we got home in Coeur d' alene we realized... they made both the sandwiches wrong. When I called them and explained the situation and asked if they would be willing to mailout some form of discount on a future sandwhich (driving back to Liberty Lake would have cost more than the sandwhich with gasprices) I was told the owner said no but he would void the sale which is interesting since we paid by cash. Any restaurant thatdoesn't prepare the food correctly should always be willing to compensate the customer in some manner. I won't be doing businesswith them again and suggest anyone that does use them to check your sandwiches before you leave because if there wrong you willbe sol. Read more
First experience at Jimmy John?s. I ordered the roast beef/turkey with cheese. They only have provolone, and it isn?t... customizable at all, at least it wasn?t offered in terms of mayo/mustard/bread choice, etc. The roast beef itself tastes good, but the bread doesn?t taste fresh at all, and the chips are bioengineered. Could get past all of that, except this costs $13,and I?ve paid less in restaurants for a quality sandwich. I think next time I?ll grab a pack of deli meat and a fresh loaf ofbread for half that price and make my own. Read more
They never let me down. Try the #4 for a solid, staple sandwich that anyone could love. Fresh lettuce is so nice. This place is... great. Clean, fast, and as always amazing bread! Read more
Was excited to go Jimmy Johns the home of the big sandwiches, ordered a #2 16" so I could have some for later. Paid them $19.50... +xtra for cheese. My daughter said, "wow dad that's expensive! I told her, "It's Jimmy Johns, wait till you see mysandwich!" Wow! Unimpressed! Showed the owner/manager, asked "Is this a $20.00 sandwich!" He replied, " Yes! It is! With a tobad for you expression, and not once of wanting to resolve this issue. It was an in your face, I'm going to rip you off day!Very sad:( Read more
I called and complained because I thought they had forgotten my cheese and peppers and oil and vinegar. Turns out they only... forgot the cheese and that?s because it wasn?t actually listed on the receipt? and that was partially my fault because of someconfusion with the person who rang up my sandwich and I. So? yeah I feel bad. Sorry guys. Read more
