Today my order was fine, I'm happy with my sandwich. But what I'm disappointed about is the service. The 2 people working... barely acknowledged us when we walked in. Then didn't ask anything so I was like ok here is what I want. I had to ask severaltimes for them to repeat themselves because I couldn't hear them, they were mumbling so bad and very soft spoken. All I ask isthat when a customer walks in, the people working there make just a little effort. They need some kind of training- greeting,volume, and positivity is all they need to be a better restaurant. It seems as though every place has forgotten that a bit ifeffort goes a long way. I hope that whoever manages this Subway sees this and hopefully the employees start to take some kind ofpride in their job. Read more
So I guess this place closes down early while leaving their doors open just to turn customers away while they sit at the table... on their phones. If the store closes at 9 you would think that they wouldn?t put everything away at 8:30 and turn people away. Read more

Gave them another try after nothing but negative experiences and came home to find a long black hair in one of the sandwiches.... Immediately threw the other one away. Funny because I also saw a hair on the cups by the register so opted for no drink. If Ihad the energy, I'd go back for a refund but its been a long day and obviously still hungry. Do better. Missed part of my order. Not to mention I can walk in and just steal sodas chips or the togo food. Not a single person there to... make sure customers get their food. Not to mention took us 4 times to get a hold of a kid who couldn't help us refund the stuffthey missed. Terrible subway. Will never good back and hopefully they get new management soon. This store needs help bad....just called the store again because they didn't put the right cheese on my mother's sandwich and put my meatball sub in a brownpaper bag completely smashed and destroyed. They even cut the sandwich all the way through so it completely fell apart trying toeat it. Worst food experience I've ever had. This store just needs to be shut down. Read more
The younger kid that worked today on 5/31, he did a great job. He took my order and made my sandwhich exactly how I like it. He... also convinced me to get that 3rd cookie for 10 cents. I did and glad I did. Those cookies were soft and fresh!. Tasted awesome!Nice work. Read more
I?ve given this subway several chances but every visit has been far from decent. Only ever encountered one employee that wasnt... rude. It feels dirty in there and no one is pleasant. Read more
