When we want pizza or subs we usually order from this restaurant because they are the best in town for that kind of food,... however they're inconsistent. Sometimes our food is amazing, hot and loaded and then other times there's hardly any meat on oursubs or pizza is made wro g or COLD. Sometimes they forget things sometimes they give us extra it's really a hit-or-miss... But9 times out of 10 I would order from them if I'm gonna have pizza or subs. Read more
We ordered pizza, salad and cake for delivery. It was notated that it would take about an hour we were fine with that. We got a... call that the cake we wanted was out, so we got something else we were fine with that. Almost 2 hours later, and a call askingwhere everything was (said another 10 or 15 min) the food arrived. With the salad warm and cheese melted because of how long itwas sitting on the pizza box. The pizza must have been on its side at one point since most of the toppings were in the corner ofthe box. The driver kept apologizing, that it was a crazy night. I was not happy. Read more
Pretty good food but there phones don?t work sometimes. We just tried and still couldn?t get through lol. Kind of a mess when... ordering and delivering but nice people and very good food I would recommend staying open during the hours they say theyoperate though ???? Read more
It?s a hit or miss here like most Other places in town I think it is due to lack of help and maybe some management issues.... Mostly I feel like I?m bothering the staff instead of an appreciated patron of the business. I ordered delivery several timesand paid for ranch that I did not receive. When I brought it up to the manager after three times (the manager delivered that dayand forgot) I was assured there would be a credit for my next order. The next order I asked for the credit and was told thatthey would not be able to honor that due to no note and no one to verify. I said I understand. I will pay but please add a noteas an extra reminder to not forget. I?m paying for it. The kids want it and please bring it. They said they needed to verifythat I had a credit. I then reiterated that I could pay I just want what I pay for. I have to say I felt like I was beingaccused of lying about $3 worth of ranch. I would never. They eventually made it right and we came to an understanding. But Istill feel like the customer service is hit and miss. Food is usually good. Amazing restaurant, freshly cooked food. If you read the reviews, most one stars go "ate here for years, had one negative... experience, wil NEVER go back again." That doesn't make sense. This is freshly cooked food, it's going to taste a littledifferent every time. If you want the same taste, go to a big block chain. For freshly cooked food at amazing prices, come here.One time I had my cheesy bread slightly burnt on the crust, negligible enough that most chefs would've sent it out with nosecond thought, but the owner personally walked it out and asked if I had a few minutes for them to rebake it and apologizedprofusely. And the lady that found a piece of metal... yeah I don't buy it. I've been here dozens of times, nothing but A+service. If they're busy, they'll give you an honest estimate as to how long until your food is ready. I'll take a chef tellingme 1/2 hr until my food any day over someone telling me 10 minutes and then having to wait in hunger wondering where my food is.To anyone still reading, go check this establishment out! I'll start off by saying the first piece of Cheese Bread was amazing but I completely lost my appetite and wonder if I'll ever... eat out again from what happened next.. This broken off, sharp, grease caked, piece of metal ended up in my first bite of their"Deluxe Chicken" sub, which stabbed and cut the inside of my mouth today. I completely understand things happen but the reactionfrom, whom I guess was either the cook and/or manager/owner, was none the less pathetic and unprofessional!! Called him to thetable, NO apology, NO "Can I make you something else?", just a "I need to investigate". After everyone else in my group finishedeating, I walked outside with my son and THEN he wanted to request my inlaws to ask me to come back in to apologize (Ideclined). IF that was not the owner, I'd sincerely appreciate it if they reach out to me. Still deciding if Karma or a lawyershould handle this and I'm far from the kind of person to even think that. Update- A year ago this place was great. This evening terrible. We ordered a lasagna and a Chicken Parm Hero. The lasagna had... lots of noodles but not much filling. The hero had lots of cheese, but that just hid all the burnt chicken. It looked burnt, ittasted burnt. A quality establishment would not serve this to its customers. Very disappointing for over $30.
