Your outlet at The Boardwalk off of Barry Rd needs a new manager and much improvement. I have stopped there 3 times a week for... the past month and the service gets worse with each visit. The speaker in the drive-thru needs to be replaced. Today I ordered ashake and a malt with extra malt, after a ten minute wait I received my order no malt just a plain shake. They also haven't hadany chocolate custard for at least a month. Read more

On first impression, it was really good. However, there are a few things I wish they would do differently. My wife got the lemon... lush and I got the Mexican chocolate, and it was very rich and the flavor was delicious. However, after eating half of it it wastoo rich; they only offer regular and large sizes, but it would do nicely to offer a small. By halfway through it was enough tocurdle in the stomach. They also don't serve very cold, which forces your hand to try to eat them quickly before they becomesoup. However, to their credit they actually freeze much better than an ice cream option, after leaving it overnight it was animproved consistency and lent itself well to finishing as seconds due to its richness. Every time we visit Liberty, MO we make a stop at this Sheridans! The staff members are always friendly and the service is... always quick. I?ve never had a bad concrete over the years but I have to say my favorite is definitely the Wedding CakeConcrete. Close second would have to be Mocha Almond though. Amazing ice cream and shakes! I love that they use real ingredients. My friends got Wedding Cake shakes and it actually had real... cake chunks in it. I got a Strawberry shortcake Sunday and it was real angle cake, real strawberries and ice cream with whipcream! Totally recommended it's the bomb! Read more
Overall nice little area to get custard. I think it would be nice since it's an outdoor seating area only to have a couple... tables. Read more
