Amazing. Mussels, luigi's special, and Italian cream cake.. The Mussels were crazy tasty with the chianti. And Luigi's special... was outstanding. Sausage, chicken. and just an amazing sause to raise the level of flavor. This will not be my last visit.Anytime I need to treat myself, or anyone I know.. this is a first choice. Every time I come to Liberty MO I am pleasantly surprised. Today I stopped at Luigi?s on the Historic Liberty Square and was... very impressed. Lianna was very attentive and the food was excellent. I wanted a light lunch and the works spaghetti lunchportion was perfect. I will definitely look for Luigi?s again. Read more
I don?t often right reviews but felt compelled. My daughter was asking for lasagna and this was the closest place I could find.... There was a kid?s menu and lasagna was on it. I told the waitress she had requested lasagna. They brought it out and it lookedlike no other lasagna I have seen. There was no ricotta and it was almost like a noodle bowl with sauce and meat inside and afew noodles going the wrong way. My daughter wouldn?t eat it. I really feel like the waitress should have at least mentionedthat it wasn?t normal lasagna. I sent it back and was actually quite shocked when the bill came and it was still on there. Wife and I enjoyed an early Valentine?s Day dinner at Luigi?s and ??LOVED?? It! Atmosphere was old time traditional, dim... lighting, comfortable, clean and inviting. First and foremost the food was amazing you could tell that they made it from scratch, even the sauce. the meals didn't have any... preservatives in them. You could taste those types of things or have an aftertaste regarding it but it was amazing. The reasonI'm giving it a four is not because of their food. Their service I felt needed a touch more of friendliness. They served quicklytoo but that's just something that was missing from them that's the only reason why gave them a four. Read more
