It?s really frustrating because I love this place but every time I go through the drive thru or order online items are missing.... EVERY single time. Today my entire sandwich wasn?t in my bag. I?m about to give up on this place. I called up there to let themknow and was told ?they will relay the message to management?. There's really only one reason I'm giving this place a low rating and that was the manager on duty. The girl who helped us was... super sweet but very timid. The manager was rude to her and very blunt to other customers. She also kept staring at me and mypartner which made me extremely uncomfortable. The poor girl working with her looked like she was just trying to get through hershift and was on egg shells the entire time. I saw the manager snap at her once for no reason. Pretty decent. Comparable to Arby's. We got the roast beef, turkey, and ham sandwich. It was pretty good with the horseradish... sauce. The kids git chicken sandwiches and said they were good. All 4 of us agreed that the French fries were not great. We thengot the ice cream cones. The ice cream wad smooth and cones were crisp. Ordered through the app, and when we arrived half our order was missing. The cashier informed us that they didn?t even have one... of the missing items, which was $8, and couldn?t tell us how we could get a refund. It took quite a long time to get our missingitems, as we had to go one at a time to receive them. Our sandwiches were cold and one of our concretes had mystery debris init. One of the cashiers was extremely friendly and helpful, while the other acted like it was a chore to give us the items wepaid for. Read more
