Food & service was great. Cleanliness was not. Very sticky, dusty, grimy.

Second time in a couple of weeks. First time, the food rocked as if I hadn't ate in months. Only complaint, no mugs found under... the pop machine where they were kept. Second trip, I expected they were out and WAS ecstatic. Purchased 3 for family!! Read more

The food was good and we did enjoy it. It didn't take to long to get the food considering I don't think there were enough... workers there. But I worry about who is managing this place. The floor going to the bathroom was slippery but not wet, I thinkthere might be some residue that wasn't cleaned properly. When we first walked in there was no trash bag, the trash can wasout. The gentleman covering the dining room was walking around looking for bags.. I guess he didn't know where they were. Hegot on the headset and asked for bags 2 times. Not sure what else was discussed but he found bags after a few minutes while wewere deciding what to order. When we went to go find a table to sit down almost all of them were dirty with some crumbs andsuch. So I had to wipe a table with a napkin to sit down. The same gentleman took our order nd didn't really interact with usduring our order. He got on his headset and was talking about a customer they had just had in the the drive through. Sayingthings "you should have seen her" He forgot to give us our drinks until I asked for them when our food was ready. When I wentto the counter to ask for some Ketchup and ranch there was a lady there. She was being rude to the gentleman who had took ourorder through the food window. She was mad about something not being cleaned and that she had told him to clean it. She didn'tsay a word just handed me the items I asked for and went back to talking to the gentleman. I hope they find a way to make thisplace better and that this review might help bring to light simple problems that can be fixed. Read more
Food was very good and the staff were great! The cashier was quick to bring us our food. I got the 3 piece chicken meal with... rice and French fries. The AW root beer is amazing here. Best place to get it. Read more
Came here to use BOGO coupon from Mavericks game and the little one was excited to get a float. The food tasted good, but the... size did not match the prices. The patties were normal hamburger size, but charged at premium 1/4 lb type. The combo upchargewasn?t worth it as the fries still looked like a small. The float tasted good, but not the quality I expected from the past. Theservice was good and speed average. It looked like only one guy was working so the store was a little messy. Floor had lots ofgrease by the bathrooms. The signs say ?celebrating 100 years?. Well the food is still the same but the prices are way more. Read more
