It is usually pretty awesome the smoothies and the ice cream they use is the best to meet anyways it's got so many different... kinds of drinks or whatever you need to cool off they have it and you can mix and add whatever flavors you want to whatever thefood is good as well the burgers are my favorite they are juicy and fulfilling the service there is usually pretty good toothere's a few times my order has been messed up but they fix it and sometimes the wait time is a little long when they're busybut the app is good to use you get discounts and can order and pick up fast if you order online Read more
Dear Sonic, your app sucks. on two different accounts, two seperate phones, your app charges the card being used at the sametime... the app says your card is denied. To no avail when providing said feedback to customer support, the excuse is always the same,it's not the app, it's your card. No, it's not my card it's your app. On a seperate issue, whoever is in charge of resupplyingitems, like drink holders, failed at their job miserably. Every time I order multiple drinks, not on a daily basis, yourlocation is out of drink holders. How hard can this be to ensure you have plenty of drink holders, even if it takes a littleplanning. Maybe it's because, no one cares. Not even so much as a warning to customers that you are out of something. Instead,it's surprise, we don't have drink holders and it's not our fault you didn't bring extra people to hold the drinks you ordered,but thanks for your money. Come again soon. I ordered 2 drinks and 2 shakes, which were pretty good. One thing I will start doing is looking at the bottom of the shake cups... because there was a hole in the bottom of it and it made me pretty upset and I was already home when I noticed it so I wasn'tabout to drive across town to complain about it. Just saying it's not hard for the workers to transfer the shake into a new cupif they break it. Read more

Received old mozzarella sticks. Reordered and asked them for fresh ones and was willing to pay. They said oh it was fine send... them back and they?d get us new ones. Only for them to send the old ones right back. This place is a joke and seems they justkeep getting bad reviews. If I could leave 0 reviews I would! Read more
went around 9 o?clock after picking up family member from hospital and over 80% of the stalls were blocked off and even the... drive thru had cones blocking it. did not close until 11 PM. not much of a drive in if it?s all blocked off. Read more
