To be fair, we weren't eating dinner here anyway. Just stopped in for a drink and dessert. Bartender was friendly, very... enjoyable. However, this Ruby's needs some more attention from an energetic manager. I just said to my girlfriend how much Imissed Ruby's salad bar after the pandemic. Well, if we were looking for dinner and a salad tonight, I would have walked out.The whole time we were sitting at the bar, the salad area got no attention and was really unkempt. Picture included. The men'sbathroom really needed attention also. This location needs some management training and until that happens, there won't be anyimprovement. Read more
We haven't had a Ruby Tuesdays in my hometown for years, so it was nice to visit this one while travelling. Very clean, and... super friendly staff. They were out of a few things including the "new" Tacodillas! And it was a pretty long wait for foodconsidering how empty the restaurant was. The food was excellent though! Read more
Had been there over 45 minutes. Waitress Kelsey never came by to offer refills or pickup salad plates. When questioning why our... food was taking so long received a string of excuses. When we said maybe they should be explaining to their customers that dueto staff shortage there might be delay, waitress Kelsey got an attitude with us the customers!! We left without ever getting ourfood will not be going back. The salad bar wasn't worth $5.99 as an add on and definitely not $12.49 as your meal. Read more
If you?re thinking of going to this particular Ruby Tuesdays. DON?T! The place is nasty. It was recommended by the hotel next... door that we were staying at. Which I don?t recommend either. It?s the reason we were willing to try Because it wasconvenient. Someone met us at the door immediately. To tell us there was a 30 minute wait due to lack of employees. We couldn?twait at the bar due to no one to tend it either. The bench out front was covered with trash. or: empty coffee cups andcigarettes packs. The smell was bad in the entryway and was just as bad inside. We decided to leave. I thought it was worthmentioning to anyone interested. We did drive into town to the Palm. Well visited this Ruby Tuesday's because we were on vacation and staying in the Wyndham right next door, and we come there... before we even checked in . The service was a complete disappointment. Our waitress was named Amanda. She was very rude notConsistant at her job. She never checked on us to make sure that our teas were filled she didn't even bring us our food. I'vebeen a waitress over 40 years and could've took Great care of every single customer that was in your restaurant that evening. Sotherefore we believe that she simply forgot to place our order, and that would've been just fine with us we had nothing but time,but she never came back to our table. I was on vacation and stopped in Lexington VA called in curbside to bring back to the hotel. First it wasn't ready when it was... supposed to be. We had order a lot of food and came to 65 dollars. We order chicken wings bone in, very dried out no taste.Next was chicken quesadilla that had nothing in them but maybe two to three pieces of chicken hardly any cheese . French frieswere so floppy not crispy. Mac and cheese was rigatoni with some bland sauce didn't taste like cheese. The crispy chicken andMac and cheese was not as bad but the chicken in pic was cut chicken pieces and we received a patty on top of mac and cheese. Iwas so disappointed ?? Always disappointing when the plate that is served looks completely different than the one in the menu. Ruby Tuesday is NOT the... place to get BBQ! I ordered the $ 22 BBQ platter. The pulled pork is delivered to them or cooked and reheated to order, mine washeated to a greasy crisp. My ordered coleslaw was also missing and the full sausage from the menu suck to only half a sausage.The polite manager did cut the price in half, but that was damage control. My wife's soup was served cold, but she did enjoy thesalad bar. Read more
