We?ve loved this location in the past but recently it?s not been the best. We?ve dined in store twice recently and have not been... greeted at the register to order; we are just supposed to know they are ready for us to order. I needed some extras for my mealafter receiving it, and I stood at the counter for five minutes while employees laughed and joked with each other (and some ofthese employees weren?t even on the clock anymore), and I was ignored. The food has been delicious both times, but customerservice and care has been awful. Maybe it?s just a phase, maybe it?s just been certain employees. But there needs to be sometraining on how to let the customers know they want our business. Read more

This Zaxbys is terrible. I placed an online order to pick up here but I had meant to place it at the Zaxbys location on Hwy 378.... Once I figured this out, I spoke with Joy who works at the 378 location and she told me to contact this store and let them knowwhat happened so they can cancel the order and I can replace it for the 378 location. When I called them, they were very rudeand told me that I could either pick up my order which would be cold by the time I get there or accept 50% of my money backbecause my order was already ready. I asked if they would have to remake my food when i got there since it would be cold and sherudely said yes. So, either way they would have to throw the food away so it didn?t make sense that I couldn?t get a fullrefund. She then put her manager on the phone who was even ruder than the first person on the phone and basically told me I onlyhave two options. I just asked for my 50% back and they hung up. Once I got off the phone with them, Joy from the Zaxbys on Hwy378 asked me what happened and I told her. She said that shouldn?t have been told to me because a full refund is allowed. Thiswas not the fault of the 378 Zaxbys location or the nasty attitude I received didn?t come from them but Joy still made an effortto fix the issue. Mind you, they were in the middle of a rush as this was happening. Joy turned around and spoke with the GM ofthe Hwy 378 store, Mercedes who said they couldn?t do anything about my money from my original order since it was at thisterrible Zaxbys but they offered my same meal to me for free. Joy and Mercedes really care about their customers and even thoughthey did nothing wrong and had nothing to do with the attitude of this location, they still did their best to make it right.They have me as a customer now after months of being a regular customer at this location. Terrible customer service over asimple error which could?ve been resolved with at least a better attitude. Read more

I?ve visited this location about two weeks ago and the young lady working the widow was very rude and had no customer service... manners nor the manager. I?m new to working in the area so I figured I?d give them another shot and well today yet another rudeemployee who seems to be upset they have to work today! Not only that I got the loaded fries?!? Where?s the topping?!? Barleyany cheese no bacon. I also ordered extra fries with my 6 piece chicken tender meal and didn?t even get that. Definitely won?treturn here! Read more

I don?t really complain much but this Zaxby?s has absolutely the worst service! Me and my girlfriend used to come here alot but... they have gone down hill and we no longer go to this location anymore due to the workers being high on weed or some type ofdrug. When we ordered food here they messed up our order and we specifically told them no seasoning on the fries 3 TIMES !!! Mygirlfriend is pregnant and she can?t eat fries with seasoning on the fries, and the guy told us ?Yes sir we have that down onthe order? and I said ?okay, thank you? and then we got home the order was incorrect after telling them 3 multiple time. This place is generally always good, but the employees (various ones each time we go) need to learn how to smile and greet... customers. At least Chick-fil-A takes the time to smile and greet their patrons. Read more

I ordered uber eats and all the fries were soggy,the buns on the grilled chicken sandwiches were soggy. The kids finger meal had... no chicken in it. The food was barely warm. Terrible experience. Read more

Details: ? was charged 2.19 for a medium sized water. Didn't mind paying for water but 2.19!!!!! ? salad was wilted and... discolored. Looked like it may have been off of refrigeration for a while ? ORDERED GRILLED COBB CHICKEN SALAD. THERE WERE NOCHICKEN ON THE SALAD ... NONE!!! ? Tried to call 5 or more times, no one would answer the phone ?? I have been a loyalcustomer of Zaxby's for years.
