Our waitress was snappy and before we could say anything the manager heard her and told her to go sit down and take care of her... attitude and she served us and very polite. Read more
We were the only ones eating as all the workers were on break but they were super friendly and the food was so fresh. Drinks... stayed full. Scrambled eggs were burnt and bacon was crazy greasy but it still tasted great. Read more
Food was A little too greasy than other locations, used a couple napkins to remove oil from the eggs, but still good
They have gotten better cooking now..yes the new one on Platt springs Rd was really good. [ yes it is worse the cook... cares more about himself than he does the customer. It was so cold in there that if you didn't want to eat cold food you bestscarf it down. Plus he said he didn't care I was cold because he was hot from the grill . Boohoo. 65 degrees is ridiculous. I brought my 6 year old here for her birthday because it was where she wanted to go. They "accidentally" made 2 waffles and... gave one to her sister and her and also made it into a minnie mouse head for her. Then they went over to the jukebox and played"happy birthday from waffle house" on the jukebox. The staff was absolutely amazing on 05/20/2022 around 5:30pm. I was blownaway by how amazing they were. None of this was asked or expected they just did this because our 6 year old went around tellingeveryone why she was wearing a crown. Read more
Got to restaurant at 655 pm was told they had to clean the grill, it would be 25 min. They had 1/2 of place roped off. Not... anyone was hardly there. Went somewhere else. Read more
