Too long of a drive through line AND a closed lobby. Was there for 20 mins before we were still a solid 10 mins from the window... still. Decided to pull out and just go inside. Just to our surprise we find a handwritten not saying lobby closed. Read more

In store order 12/01/22 am, I was not able to have my cards QR code scan in the app because it was too small. Lately, if I keep... messing with the code, it enlarges, but not today! I want to acknowledge the am partner at the register for crediting mypurchase due to my frustration with the app! It eventually enlarged, but she reassured the credit was made. I not only had the most amazing customer service experience since the Covid-19 shift in the service market, but the food was... piping hot and made fresh to order! The line took no time at all. The gentleman at the Drive Thru window was polite, helpful,and even offered extra napkins if needed any before I left the window. Even when first ordering at the drive-thruwindow/screen, he even suggested to give me some time to look over the menu, where most companies would as to hold or have nogreeting at all. I am for sure he was simply assisting on the order he was delivering and needing more time, but a much bettergesture and verbiage to use in that instance. To be honest, it did not hit me right away just how good of an experience it was,until I was back on I-20 driving down the road. I literally have shared this experience with all of my co-workers this morningand called the manager to inform them of the amazing visit! The gentleman's name was Jay! I was helped quickly at the register and there were only two people in the cafe sitting. They were adequately staffed and my... drink was made well. After I ordered, I went to the restroom and came out to find my drink prepared. The staff wasn?t rude butcertainly not very friendly but that?s alright. I would give 5 stars but the restrooms and cafe were very dirty. Thanks for thewonderful drink though! See you next stop through! Read more

I customized my order and when I got there they give me this. It looks like someone drank left. Actually, this is totally fine.... That girl at the window stared at my girl friend likes wanna have a fight when I was talking to my gf to see if this is what shewants. But WTFs wrong with Starbucks now? Sbux app allows stores to "close" the inside pickup option. This location failed to do so resulting in a 20 minute drive-thru... line. Worse, the employees were flippant at best. In a day of hi-tech, there is no excuse for this. Read more

This Starbucks location was pretty fast. Clean. Next to Chick-fil-a. Good service. I Had here frappe and it was good. Starbucks... coffee can be paid with Apple Watch Apple Pay Contactless. It is convenient. Thank you guys! Read more
