I tried to order online for pickup for a birthday lunch for my kiddo. Tried to order a family meal and it kept changing my sides... to fries no matter what I did. My mom stayed home with the kids and continued the order while I left to pick it up. The guyworking at the register was nice and tried his best to help me, but (I believe- blue shirt) the manager was unwelcoming,uncommunicative, and unresponsive. When I explained our struggle I was told no substitutions were allowed unless the veryspecific person who placed the order was there in person. I asked if I could call her because we we had kids at home and no carto come and I was told ?we all have kids at home?. I had to place an extra order all because the online system didn?t work andthat was somehow our fault. Very unfortunate experience. Wouldn?t even try to work with me. I definitely wouldn?t recommend theonline order service, it wasn?t even began to be made by the time I got there. Read more

Guy at window gave me handful of strawberry jam instead of ketchup, I asked for, on purpose. Way to stick it to the man. Food... OK, no indoor only drive through. Smallest fries I've ever gotten from Popeye's. Read more
Sorry excuse for a restaurant. This is ownership skimping on hiring employees to save money by not opening the lobby.
The store refused to make new batch of chicken after sitting in a very long line for over 30 minutes just to get to the window... and be told there out chicken. All I was offered was mash potatoes and 4 hour old apple pies. I had a chance to read the otherreviews for this location I guess leaving a review means nothing cause I don't believe that they do anything about theirservice.. Read more

I would rate negative if I could. Doing door dash and I am wasting time waiting for my order. The drive thru is full and moving... at a snails pace. I've never waited so long in my life. I could of went to a restaurant sat down ordered food and had it faster! Read more
I waited 20 minutes in line at the drive thru. I had a coupon for two can dine for $8.99. We ordered the stripswith mashed... potatoes and gravy. Got to the window and they wouldn't accept payment with $100 bill. People were rude and I left stillhungry. Won't be returning to there for anything soon. Thanks for that southern hospitality. Might have had better service if they'd open up the dinning area. Read more
