We eat here somewhat regularly as it's the only pizza my son likes. The food is consistent and good. I'm usually not there long... enough to really have service concerns as I always place my orders online. The only possible complaint I have is that they makethe food too fast. I know that sounds ridiculous, and I certainly prefer it that way rather than the other. What I've learned isthat I have to put my pick up time as 15 minutes after when I actually want to pick it up or else it will be ready too early. Ilive out in the country so they don't deliver, and it takes about a half hour to get back home. I want it as hot as possiblewhen I pick it up. But I have an insulated box I repurposed so I don't have issues getting it home hot as long as it's hot whenI put it in the box. In the past they have forgotten extra sauces, but not recently. SLOW, SLOW, SLOW Wait time on confirmation email says 33 minutes but it's over 70 minutes!!! They also outsource to Door Dash... instead of delivering themselves which slows everything down and causes the food to be COLD when it arrives. Quality is inconsistent. Barely any ingredients in papadillos. Worst of all, last few times I've ordered, they have young girls... with the worst attitudes and customer service of any place. Extremely rude and dismissive. No acknowledgement...just shove thepizza at you and turn away. Don't know what kindergarten they found them at, but they need to send them back. Got a NY Style pizza with beef and extra cheese. I showed the pizza to the guy at the counter and asked if it looked like extra... cheese to him. I could tell it didn?t have extra cheese, and by his reaction, he knew it didn?t have extra cheese either. Hisjustification for the poor cheese coverage was they use the same amount of cheese on the NY style as their large which makes nosense given the NY style costs more and is 2 inches bigger. And even if that was the case, I paid for extra cheese, so at aminimum, I?d expect full coverage even it was just a thin layer. To his credit, he did offer to remake it, but unfortunatelythat wasn?t an option since we were picking up, live twenty minutes away, and had a hungry little person in the back seat. Nearly no sauce, this is the second time I?ve ordered and they looked like this, I called up there and a guy named Chris... answered and said he was the one who made them and that?s how much sauce goes on the food and if I were to come up there, hewould make it the same was because that?s how they suppose to look? I will NOT be ordering from them ever again, I guessdomino?s or Pizza Hut from here on out. Thanks for the great service papa johns! They were taking way too long. They told us 15 minutes. Then 5 minutes it was 45 minutes for our food. They got our food wrong... but then they corrected it. We should've delivered it instead it would've been much quicker. The delivery people were rushingand being quick as they can. They came back in 15 minutes which was amazing of how quick they went. But ours took longer and wasa total of 20-30 dollars. For 2 pizzas which was ok just how long it took was ridiculous. Poor customer service. Placed an order in the morning, 2 hours ahead of time for lunch party pick up at 11 am, upon arrival the... first thing the front desk guy said was ?it would take another 30 minutes you can cancel if you would like?. I am giving 2 starsbecause he at least at the courtesy to explain later how the order logistics got messed up and apologize. Read more
Not the same pizza I remember. The crust was 100% different and not in a good way. It was hot and fresh but it was just okay.... It's been years since having Papa John's. It will be many more before trying again:( Read more
