This was bad. Two drivethru lanes and everybody waiting for somebody to acknowledge us. Nothing. I placed a mobile order and... drove around to see if anybody was inside. An employee was mopping and eventually saw me at the window to give my receipt topull up. Pulled up to find they were indeed open for business. Others were pulling in through the drive thru. As I wait, Isee that they are prepared with their Hot Shot on the counter. Nice. As I get the food, the employee turns to her employeesand says "why are people ordering food at this time of night?" I guess if you are closing early, turn the lights off for thedrive thru and don't leave the Hot Shot on the counter, visible to the public. Read more
This experience was not as expected. I did a mobile order and somehow I was still late for work because I had to wait 13 minutes... to get my food. I would have e appreciated someone telling me that there would be a wait. I wasn't able to get a receipt and Igot barely heated up McMuffins. Read more
I don?t understand why they make you pull up to the second window to take your order. The line is incredibly long and hardly... moves. Spent up to 33 minutes waiting in this line my last visit with the same issue. Ice cream machine never works. Poorcustomer service. Don?t even get a thank you or have a nice day. I come back because I happen to love the food but I?m about togive it up already. This location needs an overhaul and new management. Read more
Not good! Don't know what the problem was at the McDonald's on US1 at Oak Grove. They where only taking orders at the pick up... window and I think they where cooking each individual order at a time while everyone else waited. I was second in line and waitat least 20 to 25 minutes for my turn. Left before ordering and when I did there were cars all around the building. Think theywere short staffed. Not sure what was happening. Read more
I asked for a qtr pounder with no mustard xtra Mayo and extra onions and she rang up extra mustard she also didn?t repeat the... order so I knew what I had and ended up paying for 2 drinks when I specifically told her it was a large drink with the meal not2 Read more
The burger was so greasy, I couldn't finish eating it. It's like the burger was sitting in a pan of grease. The fries were not... fresh nor crispy and they were void of salt. On the bright side the sweet tea was delicious. Read more
I use the app, which is the best way to go in my opinion, for the reason of not just discounts, its faster and they bring fresh... food to you without waiting in the line. This morning it got a little better.... I had the sweetest waitress and with anawesome smile that genuinely asked was there anything else she could do for me. We need more young people like her!!! The store was super clean and the staff was very friendly. I just stopped to use the Wi-Fi for a few minutes. One of the crew... members was really going above and beyond to help an elderly couple sitting nearby. Can't say I recommend going to eat since Ididn't order, but if you need a quick stop with a clean and friendly atmosphere it's worth it. Read more
