Slowest location EVER. I watched 17 cars go through the drive through before I got served in the dining room. The Long Johns... food I ordered was hot and fresh. Probably the best I ever had. Read more
Food was really good - we had the Long John Silver portion. Employees had a good attitude and were friendly. They didn?t have... any condiments set out but they gave us plenty with our food so no problems there. Not a lot of choices on the Long John Silverpart but still had fish, chicken, fries, cole slow, and hush puppies. Read more
Sincere customer service from the cashier to the food prep and delivery person make you feel at hone and chicken was perfect.
Food was good, haven't had in a long time. Sorry they are no longer in Augusta. Need to have less grease on chicken planks.

The people that work here is so rude. They move very slow and get the orders wrong everytime. I repeated my order about ten... times and they still got it wrong. I ordered a kfc meal and two ljs meals. She told me she could only give me ranch for the kfcorder and could not for the chicken order from long johns. So according to her no sauce comes with a long johns chicken order.Every time I have been to this location it takes about 20 minutes to get through their drive thru even if it isn't busy. Everytime I get treated terrible even though I am nice and give them the benefit of the doubt! Read more
Always good service and my food is tasty and hot. I don't mind waiting to get good food. ????
