The female manager on duty was more interested in being on her cell phone than taking our order. We waited almost 10 minutes at... the register...with no one else in the restaurant...to place our order. She returned only ro say...sorry it will be a few moreminutes...I replied...NO. Get off of your phone and take our order ..she replied with a negative tone..I reminded her...that herjob is to care od your guest...she replied that they are understaffed. I reminded her...that we were the only people in therestaurant...it was 2:15pm. She wasn't understaffed...she thought it was more important to keep us waiting so that she couldcontinue to be on her phone. Food is always good...SERVICE TODAY...SUCKED. Read more
Extremely rude and unprofessional! I frequent this establishment for a quick bite at lunch. I order the same thing every time,... grilled cheese with mayonnaise. Never been a problem for almost 10 years now, until now. The new manager told me it?s a healthhazard to put mayonnaise through the oven. I explained to him it?s been done this way for years, he refused. I asked if he had awaiver I could sign in case of illness, he said no. I explained again that I?ve been getting this from this particular locationfor years, never a problem never an illness. He said ?well that?s why they don?t work here anymore? Don?t frequent this Firehouse at any busy point on the weekend. Food isn?t bad but I can?t recommend this Firehouse location... based off my last few experiences here. Awful wait time just to receive any food. No one should have to wait almost 45 minutesfor a sub sandwich. Staff seems like they don?t care and have no urgency in making anything in a reasonable time during rushhour. Read more
Large dining area. Lots of fresh meats and vegetables to choose from. Bread is also fresh. Restaurant is clean throughout. Staff... us friendly and helpful. Kids meals available. .99 kids meals on Sunday is a bargain. Service is quick and check-out issimple. Read more
Amazing experience. I come here all the time, but recently i had this cute guy with curly hair take my order and he went above... and beyond to make sure i was satisfied. 11/10 customer services i hope he gets a raise. Will definitely be back in hopes to seehim there ;) Read more

I?ve ordered here a few times months apart at that, I usually get the club on a sub, wondering why twice now I didn?t receive... bacon on it when it says it?s an ingredient in the description. I?ve also ordered a kids meal on a senate occasion had to goback in and ask for the rice crispy treat. So this time I told my husband to make sure my cookie was in the bag since we orderedonline, didn?t even have the oatmeal cookie in stock and no cookie was even in the bag as well so if he didn?t look for it Iwouldn?t of got it. I pay for the food so why am I always having to double check my stuff at this location?? Read more
There is no possible excuse for having to wait 25 minutes after ordering 2 small (regular menu items with no modifications)... subs. Don?t try and blame not enough employees either, at least 5 workers behind the counter. And this place isn?t even 1/4capacity. And to be honest not that many ?To Go?s? either. The sub had minimal meat and wasn?t that great either, but I?m surethat was influenced by the extreme wait time. Read more
