Last 2 times during summer, tried to order delivery. After waiting, delivery service contacted me to tell me Dickeys was Closed... and they were told Dickeys had been closed for 4 days. They must be closed because answering machine says it's box is full andcan't leave message. Don't know why it hasn't been removed from delivery sites. Read more

This place is horrible. I've been there twice in the past month to pick up Uber Eats orders, and each time there were no... employees in sight, waited upwards of 10 minutes each time, even called the listed restaurant number...no response. I arrived at 1:25 PM to pick up my 1:30 PM online order. There was no employee there and a sign was out that said ?Lunch Break,... be back in 15 minutes.? I waited until 2 PM and nobody showed up the entire time. They knew my order was needed because it wasprinted out and sitting on the counter so apparently they just went to lunch knowing that I was coming in in a matter of minutesto pick up my order. If you want the worst customer service offered, this is the place for you. I promise, you'll receive nothing what you ask... for. Never do uber, the uber that finally delivered my food, 1.5hrs later, gave the restaurant a bad feedback for unprofessionalconduct. Food was cold, didn't receive 1lb of my food, I ordered 1/2lb of sausage, 1/2lb of pulled pork, 1/2lb of beefbrisket...didn't get pulled pork and/or brisket. Don't do uber, they don't help. Terrible!!! Took 2 hours to get my food and nothing was right. Wanted pulled pork with jalapeño sausage, cut fries and a coke.... Received brisket, sweet potato fries and sweet tea. Food was horrible! Read more
