Please stop working Mother Theresa by herself on weekends, she taking her attitude out in customers. She kept closing the window... in my face, I had to wait for my fish so I asked for fresh fries since I was waiting. They were not hot. This the second time Ihad to deal with her attitude. Read more
Took forever to take our order at the intercom. Kept asking us to repeat the order. When we got to the window (after roughly 5... minutes waiting for two cars in front of us), it took them about 20 minutes to even take our payment. Worker who took thepayment was very dry conversation wise and also rude. Some of the food was burned and what my mother said was likely old cookinggrease was on it. Went thru here a day coming home from a appioment I had and the place was real quick I had gotten a plate for me and a few other... people also got something that was with me, the drive thru people was nice and got the order right. So this is the third time in the past month I pass through and decide to enjoy some of that fried fish and shrimp. No bake... potatoes same thing last time through. The excuse we close soon. It?s 7:45. You close at 9:00. Then the rudeness of youremployees at the window taking my order. They keep rushing me while I?m scrambling on the phone trying to text and see what myfamily wants since there no baked potatoes. She then claims she can?t hear me. So I raise my voice into the speaker. Thenthe employee tells me not to yell. I?m only yelling because you said you can?t hear me. All attitude for there out. Then onceI pull up to the window I witnessed this employee eating hush puppies and licking her fingers. No excuses for this. Themanager defended her saying she doesn?t touch the food. Come on, she does and handles money and passes the food and drinks. After explaining to the manager what happened, another employee from the back walks up laughing at the fact I?m upset. Refundmy money I?m out. 5-6 employees are working at this time. It was because of lack up help just terrible training and badattitudes. My main concern is the fact that employee is eating in the food prep line licking her finger then serving me food.
