This is by far, the worst Burger King in town. I?ve lived here 11 years and have given them chance after chance? They?re fast to... take your order, but slow to give it to you. They want you to pull up even when no one?s behind you just to try to cheat thetiming system, and when they finally bring your food out, it?s cold AND something?s missing! WTH?! Today (11/26/22) we pulled upat 4:10pm, and no one came on the speaker. The lights were on and there were cars in the parking lot. We pulled up to thewindow, and two female workers were inside talking. One of them was facing the window, saw us, and didn?t even acknowledge us. Idon?t know if they were closed for some reason, but if they don?t have signs outside, the least they could do was come to thewindow with an explanation. I stopped eating at this location 3 years ago. I only stopped at my husband?s request?even though heshould?ve known better. I wish they?d tear the place down and change it to a Chick-fil-A already. Disgusting!!! I ordered a #3 impossible whopper. The impossibility of it all was that they called that a fully cooked, ready to... serve and eat burger. It was awful. Not even fully cooked. Listen, times are hard, they always have been. So, when you come outof your house and go to work, step it up a little. Care about what you do. Read more
This is the worst Burger King I've ever dined at. The quality of the food was "third world", with old, dry, recycled fried... chicken for the chicken sandwich, soggy chicken nuggets that seemed to be purchased at a quickie store, french fries with noflavor, burnt cookies, and a broken drink machine. Deal on menu board was no longer available. Then price advertised on their window decal for another item did not ring up that... way on our receipt. We were only car in drive thru but still had to pull forward beyond drive thru windows. When it did arrive,we were missing a drink. Fries were hot, but it was like they forgot to salt them. My cheese burger was so drenched in ketchupthat it was spilling out of both sides before first bite. Read more
I stop here on my truck route every Tuesday morning. Last week I failed to check my food before pulling back in traffic. The... croissants were old and hard on the bottom from sitting in box so long. When I returned the next week 8/30/22. The inside wasnot open at 8 a.m., so I walked around to drive thru window and explained the situation and told the lady I didn't want the foodthat has been sitting in the box all morning. The lady said "you can get away from my window with that and I don't have to takeyour order and slam the window in my face. WOW!!! I didn't want nothing for free. I just didn't want the old food that has beensitting in the box pre-made. Never again will I ever stop in here on my route. Customer service is everything. I went to the drive through to place an order and the employee came across the speaker and told me I needed to come inside to... place my order. If I had want to go inside, and wasn?t looking for the convenience of the drive through, I would have goneinside in the first place! I left without ordering anything and took my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, I cannot give less than 1 star. I arrived at 11:49 am today, June 25th, 2022. I pulled up to the drive through.... There were two cars ahead of me already at the window. I ordered an 8 piece chicken nugget meal with a sweet tea and a smallchocolate shake. i was told to pull around to the second window. I pulled around, paid for my order, was given my tea and 2straws. The two other vehicles got their food and left. At 11:55, an employee walked out to my work van and told me they werewaiting on my shake. At 11:58 another employee came out and said they were still waiting for my shake and that it would be 2more minutes. I asked the employee what was taking so long for a shake and she said it wasn't frozen yet. If you know themilkshake machine is not ready to make a milkshake, tell the customer when they order instead of making them wait. I told theemployee that I didn't care about the shake, I wanted my food so I could leave. At 12:00, my food and shake finally came out. I opened my bag and found 6 nuggets instead of 8, the fries were cold and completely unsalted. The tea tasted bitter andunsweet, but the shake was almost perfect. I watched as three other customers ordered and received their orders before I gotmine, and mine was terrible. I will NEVER eat at this Burger King and I urge everyone else to stay away, too.
