Fries were not fresh or salted. Burger was incorrect , staff was hard to find when we needed salt, burger wrapper and burger... itself was greasy, our of whopper buns only had potato buns. Nobody was up at the counter and it would take yelling back intothe kitchen to get anyones attention. Disappointing meal and not worth the money. I was hungry and tired of the same places. Hey I don't really go to BK! But...why not? Oh yeah, it was always horrible. Let's... give it a try, maybe it's better now! It's not. In the drive thru I ordered a Sourdough Philly Cheese King Combo - Large withonion rings, 4 PC Mozzerella Sticks, and an Oreo cheesecake pie. PROS: The staff were polite except for below... The Oreocheesecake pie was good. CONS: They left out my cheese sticks. When I went back inside (which I had to do last time because Iwas missing something), the lady in the drive thru tried saying she gave them to me and put them in with my chicken nuggets. Ididn't order chicken nuggets? They cooked them up real quick and gave them to me. Everyone was apologetic except the lady whosaid they gave them to me already. Next, the special burger was advertised as "two savory flame-grilled beef patties totalingmore than 1/2 lb.* of beef, layered with melted sliced American cheese, caramelized onions and creamy American cheese sauce". Soof those 4 ingredients I only got 3. 75% of the deal. There wasn't a single onion in sight so I got a beefy cheesymess. MRS E MRS E MRS E Messed up my order and then said to come back and she'll replace it. When I return to get my correct order... she said my card didnt go through even after showing her proof it did! MRS E was rude and even after showing her my bank accountwhere the funds were taken refused to apologize or even replace my order. Horrible experience, the worst bk to go to!
