My husband and I stopped by this location for fries. I never thought I would complain about something being overly seasoned. The... fries although fresh had entirely too much seasoning sprinkled on them. The seats and our clothing were covered. It wascomparable to sand after leaving the beach. Horrible! Staff is rude and lazy! Sides were only half full. Chicken was not cooked correctly. Fries were cold and stale. Had... to go back into store to get the rest of my order and they wanted to charge $0.40 for honey mustard after they completelyscrewed the order up. Same experience the last 3 times I went here. I wouldn?t even give 1 star!!!! Their customer service is horrible! I demanded a refund! People work way to hard for below... average customer service! Jessica at the front window. Friendly crew and very courteous. Chicken was hot and delicious. Dirty rice was delicious also. Sweet tea was refreshing as... usual. Restaurant was clean in kitchen and dining area. Bathroom could of used some minor cleaning. Crew members stayed busythrough out stocking and cleaning dining area. Manager was busy helping out in all positions. Great job folk's! Read more
