How do you possibly run out of roast beef? And right at lunchtime too? Clearly someone dropped the ball. EDIT: went back again... today. They literally asked multiple times if I wanted sauce, and I confirmed I wanted Arby's sauce. Then they had me pullforward. 4 cars later they finally bring my food...no Arby's sauce. Extremely friendly staff. Everyone was smiling and conversational. Just a happy bunch of people. Food was delivered very... quickly and hot. The store was extremely clean and the local community newspaper was a nice touch. Thanks for a greatexperience. Read more
My family and I had not visited an Arby's in YEARS. We decided to eat something different than what we usually have for... fast-food. We were please with our meals since Arby's has come along with the food quality and menu items. Before we walked outmy husband and son decided to use the restroom. When my husband comes out he tells me there was an employee in the stalls thatdid not wash his hands on his way out. He starts looking around and we notice it was all female employees behind the counter.Then in a corner by the restaurant entrance he notices a male employee. He seemed to be on his "break". We were surprised by howgood our food was after so many years but that was quickly taken away by this incident. We will not be returning to thisrestaurant again. The food has been really good. Clean interior. I find myself stopping by here more often.
The service was the worst we have had in a really long time. 5 kids were in the store only 1 did his job properly (French... fries). The 2 girls bicker between themselves the whole time we were in the restaurant. The guys were not any better. Adifferent customer asked for the Manger was told no Manger on site. Went through drive-through and got a medium roast beef and a lemonade, with curly fries. The fries were cold, the roast beef... sandwich was just OK. Could?ve been the time of day, it was in between lunch and dinner. The service in drive thru could of beena little friendlier. The young man seemed as though he didn?t want to be there.
