I purchased 2 meals and a 10 piece traditional wings. The fries were terrible! They tasted like they were cooked in old... grease. The wings had barely any sauce and were fried hard. My family loves Zaxby's but this visit will keep us from goingback. The food wasn't worth the $39 we spent. Read more

This Zaxby's was friendly. Food was good. Service is a little slow.

They prepare your food in a timely manner and I appreciate that and of course the food is great.

Food was some of nastiest I have ever ate. No sauce on wings, fries might as well have been frozen still and the service was... horrible. No need even going there anymore. Read more

Terrible wait times, rude staff. Sat for nearly 35 minutes in the drive thru with 10 of those at the speaker waiting just to... order. When finally getting to the window, was asked to pull into a parking spot to wait even longer! Plenty of other fast foodplaces on hwy 8 to choose from. Don't waste your time. Read more

Zaxby?s prices are HIGH for the amount & Quality Of food served?. I ordered a salad & with grilled chicken & NO blue cheese - ... they must have wanted to make sure I had xtra BLUE CHEESE?. .asked for xtra fried onions and they gave me a tiny tiny cup withabout 5 little pieces of onions- ???????????!! This salad was far from being worth the $10 paid for it?. someone needs toclose that gap! Even a side salad from McDonald?s& Wendy?s is larger than the one given to me from Zaxby?s? Never went to a Zaxby?s that I wasn?t fond of? until today. The tea with sweetened labeled on the spout was in fact unsweetened.... Had to go back and ask for the toast that comes with the zalads and the French fried onions are missing.
