My family and l ordered from here about 4 days ago while on vacation. Ill have to say this is prob the very best pizza l have... ever had! The stuffed meat lovers pizza is delicious! Crust was perfectly done and just stuffed full of a delicious assortmentof meats! Makes me want to drive back to Lexington to eat here often! The calzone was equally delicious with a generous amt ofcheese. Wings were a hit also! I wish l could give this more than 5 stars!! HIGHLY recommend eating here! You wont bedisappointed! Read more
It's an actual shame they can't seem to get things right recently, the food they make is actually good if they actually manage... to get the order right. We were regular customers for over 3 years and in the last year the customer service has completelydropped off the face of the earth. 1 out of every 2 or 3 orders was wrong or missing something, calling did basically nothing asthey are more concerned with arguing that they didn't do anything wrong rather than trying to provide the most basic level ofcustomer service, on top of having no issues with calling us and as well as others liars outright. Beyond the orders beingoutright wrong or missing items, recently they can't even seem to deliver an order to the correct house and then want to argueover that too trying to tell us that we had the missing food that had never arrived and we were liars and even went as far asrefusing a refund for an order already paid for by phone that they made the delivery mistake on. This is a place that has nopride in what they do, no shame in how they act, and they will not care about you as a customer. I would love for this place tocome back around but as it is now all I can do is say to think twice before going here unless you want a 50/50 chance of beingripped off or outright disrespected. I am only giving 2 stars because the food is great, when the order is right. We have ordered from here MANY times but the... management has been going down for a while and the past months it has fallen WAY off.
