This location is conveniently located and fairly clean. I have a suggestion for the owner. Please honor the Subway coupons at... face value, as circulated, without adding additional exclusions. For example, bogo footlong. Intentionally coupon ordered 2clubs. If the coupon had been honored, I could afford to give a bigger tip to your deserving staff. Read more

Would be better if all the staff acts like they really cared about their job. Sometimes the staff seems really friendly and... accommodating. Then you have other staff that don't listen to you when they make your sandwich. This is rough on the consumerwhen you don't get what you want on your sandwich. Told a girl one day the works and I still had to tell her everything to puton it. And she seemed to be heavy-handed with each item hoping I would just say that's enough. Seem like she did not want to bethere. Kept rolling her eyes at me and not listening. The other staff member was very accommodating and was very upbeat at thecash register. Wish all of the staff here would concentrate on good customer service. This is a sandwich making shopunfortunately a lot of people like different things on their sandwiches. So paying attention to detail it's very important inthis job. Love the location in the Food Lion shopping center. Really appreciate their appreciation of military veterans. Howeverwe'll have to give them only two of the three C's. They have good cost-effectiveness, and overall the store was very clean soI'll give them cleanliness. What they need to work on is great customer service which is the third C of great diners and dives.Rolling eyes and not listening to the customer only complicates the whole reason you're there is to make a great sandwich.Because Subway is in the business of Sandwich making. If you are working in that establishment that needs to be your overallpriority. And being friendly and helpful creates a better day for not only you when you go home but for the customer. This Subway is aweful. Went yesterday and the bread was hard and stale, the lettuce was brown and tomatoes were like mush and... they were really slow and not nice. Took me twenty minutes to get a bad sandwich. Wife said she wasn't eating it do to badlooking produce. Next time I will try another location. Read more
Ordered online tonight. CLEARY states BLT**** I got ham, salami, pepperoni. I?ve ordered a total 3 times online and not a SINGLE... time was it correct. One time or I ordered a ham and egg, and got a sub with just CHEESE. Lol. I called and they stated they canremake it- but I have to bring the sub back. So I asked if I could just save the receipt and get it later since I?m 20 minutesaway, and she stated the owner doesn?t allow that without the sub IN her hands- which means I?d have to keep a sub in my housefor days/weeks until I wanted to get another one. The only reason they got 2 stars is because the order was right. There was a kid in there working, and I don't know if this is... the 1st job he has ever had, or if he feels like he shouldn't have to have a job, but he needs to be put on an off shift for alittle while and trained properly. I sat in the car with the kids for 30 minutes while my wife went in to get 3 subs and asalad. He couldn't put a sub together properly, nor could he remember from 1 second to the next what my wife was telling himwent on the subs. Read more
Great service. This location opens early which is a plus. I gave 4 stars because they had they were open until 10 and they are... only open till 10 on the weekend and the dining table was left without wiping from the night crew and they hadn't baked thecookies. Well lookahere. Went in for a tuna or BMT 6in sub. Tuna looked watered down so got the BMT. A young white man came in after me... and paid for my meal without saying a word. The cashier told me, so I thanked him profusely and was overwhelmed. I am aseasoned black woman who is used to public displays of ignorance, not humanity.
