The food was good the service was having a lot of door dash orders that was overwhelming them. They need another area for door... dash drivers to pick up. The drivers takeover the counter. And then the drivers yell at the workers for not having it in theright packing. Read more
It has been so long since I've been to a McDonald's and not have my order wrong. The only reason I go is to get my grandson a... happy meal, and they can't get that right. I know that fast food restaurants are having a hard time getting staff, but come-on.And the employees are under appreciated. But, take 30 seconds to make sure the right order is going to the right customer. Iwould rather wait a few minutes longer to have my order correct. Read more
Restaurant is nasty as hell out of about 10 employees only see two working. All these KIDS standing around playing but... takinglong with orders..... SMH Profane language and horse play. With the shortage of help in restaurants and they have all ofthis help (if you wanna call theses lazy workers help) and nothing's getting done. WORST MCDONALDS EVER. I ordered a McDouble, mcchicken, fries and a kids meal and a mocha frappe. The mocha frappe was halfway... filled so I went in and got that fixed as I was waiting for my FRESH fries to be cooked. So they gave me my food and I left. Istarted eating and the fries were cold. Not fresh at all. The bread was stale and hard, the chicken was hard and chewy.Everything was just terrible. So I called to speak with the manager and it just keeps ringing and then goes to a long beep thatsounds like a fax machine. I keep calling and finally somebody answers but before I could say anything, the beep happens againand happened all 10 times I called after that. So I did not get my food fixed or anything. My car broke down in there drive thru and I had my 3 yr old niece with me. Their power went out and they couldn't allow... customers inside. They still allowed me to take my niece to the restroom and offered for us to wait inside so we weren't cold.They were kind and considerate during a very awkward situation. Read more
