Subs are great. They are slow and confused. Customer service skills needs addressed. Thats what the "tip" option is for. I tip... if the sevice and ecperience was good, and hope the food is to. On carryout, its hard to tell until you eat it. Read more
Love Jersey Mikes Sub but placed an order online for 2 giants. Received food and it was dry and not good. Called manager (Gary... or Greg) for a remake and took one sub back. My husband ate his even though he didn't like it. They remade it but instead handedmy husband a regular instead of a Giant like I paid for. Called back for the manager (Gary or Greg) to comp me on the app for mymeal and no one returned my call. Very rude. Will not eat at this Lexington restaurant again. Read more

Love jersey mikes but don?t go very often just due to how expensive it is for a sub.. This location was terrible. The guy who... took our order was rude. Didn?t ask us what kind of bread and when I asked him for the rosemary one he was very snappy. Guyputting toppings on was acting like he had just taken a big ol bong rip. Did not seem to grasp what was going on. He was nicethough so I?ll give him that lol. Get to the register. And was rung up almost $50 for 2 subs. I told the guy who looked like themanager and he said he?d refund it.. Opened the subs up, both I had asked for extra cheese- one piece of cheese per side.Checked receipt and was charged for the extra cheese. I have eaten at many different Jersey Mike's locations and loved it, every time. But this location is the worst. I mean, look at... all of the 1 star reviews. Even some of the 4 and 5 star reviews have complaints in them. And they've only been open a coupleweeks. I ordered a regular cheesesteak. It was a total mess! Way too much mayo, lettuce and peppers. While I was waiting for mysub to be made, I watched them make a few other subs. I watched the employees slap on the fixin's and every sub was WAYoverloaded with condiments. Nothing but a dripping mess of slop. I couldn't believe it. Store manager needs to be doing someserious training and quality assurance. My sub took about 15 mins to make and it was the same way: a sloppy mess. Then, the guywho handed me my sub was a young kid (18 or so) with a serious scowl on his face. Nothin' but attitude. I will NOT be goingback to this location. I will literally drive to the Salisbury location instead. I owned a restaurant for years and would neverput up with this level of service. This JM's staff was slow and looked confused. If this location doesn't improve, the corporateoffice needs to be notified. Read more
