There are a lot of good Chick-fil-A restaurants around. The Chick-fil-A in Lexington is an exception to that. This is one of the... poorest run Chick-fil-A restaurants I've ever seen. For some reason unknown to me, they have only one cash register inside thestore. That makes your wait much longer if you are dining in. But that's not the worst of it. They have employees that takedrink lids and handle the underside with their fingers after they've handled cash. The underside of the drink lids make contactwith your beverage that you will be consuming. This is very unsanitary! When I was in this Chick-fil-A recently, the lady whowas supposed to be taking my order stood there, did not acknowledge me, and continued to wipe table markers. She was veryunprofessional and very unattentive. I have the feeling that this Chick-fil-A gives very poor training to it's employees. I stopped here headed to Raleigh. I ordered a bacon biscuit add egg, a 4 piece chick-n-mini and a medium sun joy. When I got... back on the highway I realized I was given the egg mcmuffin meal with hashbrowns neither of which I eat. My drink was right. Used drive up line. No menu available to see. No menu board in particular line I ended up in. Asked for one but it was small... print and was not allowed to touch it and bring inside car to read. She actually said no when I asked. On a positive note, thekale crunch was good. Read more
The absolute worst store that I have been to. I went in the other day and ordered fries through the drive through. I get the... fries and the dirty packs of sauce lay in my fries, so I ask for a remake, because that's so unsanitary. All it was was a frybut they ask me to pull around and have me waiting there for like 10 minutes when mind you it was JUST A FRY. So when the girlcomes out and bring somebody else's food who pulled up after me, I asked her if I could just get a refund instead of getting thefry. However, when she comes out she brings the fry instead of my money when I just specifically asked her for a refund. So Icalled in and the manager has the nastiest attitude for no reason when I kindly explained the situation and ask for my moneyback he's gonna say no. I really don't see how he's in that position he's in as a manager. So the police ends up getting calledand because he's white I ended up leaving without a refund. In all my years of living I've never been to a restaurant where ifyou ask for a refund it wasn't given especially since I asked before they brought out the fry. It's like they were trying toforce me to get the fry when I specifically said I didn't want it, I wanted my money back. Smh. Then going to flip the scriptand make it seem like it's my fault. Long line BUT the line moved fast. The ladies up front was friendly, fast, and looked like they actually wanted to be there... working. (Some places employees look like they are mad because you are there but not here) everything was great. The service would be better if they had a menu option before ordering. Most of the time the menu's are gone and they don't have... intercom service they have workers in the drive through taking your order with no menu selection which I think is so weird. Butthe food is 100% satisfaction. Read more
