I went there and got me and my husband a number 3 through drive thru and when I got my food our fries was cold. So I won't be... going there no more. But my burger was hot. They just put them in my bag without giving me fresh ones. Read more

I arrive at this location at 6:30pm and there are no outside lights on for this business. I pull up to the drive through and am... informed there they do not have any onion rings and they can?t do meals?..what!?!? This location gets worse daily. ThankfullyLexington has another just a few miles down the road. I was able to get dinner thankfully to that location. PS-to whom everdrives the really nice BMW and works at this location , you should take some time and money and put back into the business orjust shut the doors. I doubt this vehicle does not belong to a regular employee. Read more

Stopped by and made a purchase, but wasn't what I had pictured . Onion ring were so oily the bag was wet. They showed no concern... of the enormous amount of oil on the bag. Think that maybe I should have went somewhere else. Read more

Pulled up to the drive thru and sat for 10 mins no one ever came in the intercom pulled up to the window no one was in the... window. When an employee came around she had food in her mouth went straight to the drink machine. then the manager came to thewindow with an attitude. I told her no one her took my order with attitude she said it was my fault. If she is going to be amanager she needs to take responsibility for her crew instead of catching a attitude with customers. Went through the drive thru and ordered. After placing my order, they only gave me a portion of it. No receipt was given so I... had to pull around and go inside to get the rest of my food. While reading my order off the screen the guy managed to read thesauces we asked for and gave us the wrong one's still. Read more

So started at 5 stars, order was taken promptly and accurately repeated. So here I sit 6 minutes later and haven't moved an inch... 4 stars.Might be a difficult customer or broken machine....8 minutes no movement, no I'm trapped as a car has pulled in behindme. 10 minutes, 3 stars, ok so at 11 minutes one car leaves. 12 minutes, 13 minutes and we get another car length. You wouldthink the food would be sitting there waiting for us to show up at this point but apparently not. I saw the bag go out thewindow but no one is moving another difficult customer? 14 minutes another car moves. Looks like they're ready for this one andhave the food and receipt ready. My turn, 15 minutes, food ready, but it looks like they're having trouble getting the creditcard machine to work? But this have been the problem the whole time? 17 minutes. Okay looks like pilot error on the credit card.All in all a solid 2 Star drive through experience hopefully they will get this all sorted out soon. I think the next time Icome this way and there's more than two cars ahead of me I will just go down the road to the Arby's. Read more
