Grabbed a sausage egg and cheese with grits. The biscuit was good but my grits were slathered and butter. Enough so to spill my... way to the table. All in all little bit of salt and pepper and it recovered. Read more
We visited this location this morning 8/20/22....We had stopped visiting this location in the last month due to poor(slow... service,Incorrect order) but decided to give them another chance. Walking to the entrance We noticed male and female workerssitting on the entry sidewalk smoking. Not sure what they were smoking but The male felt the need to stand up and spit a fewtimes right in the entry path to the restaurant. Being halfway in the door My wife and I just looked at each other once insideand without saying both turned to walk out. If this behavior is allowed outside in public view...What is allowed behind thecounter ? We will now support locals who choose to address issues and strive for a pleasant experience. Read more
My daughter and I stopped in Lexington on the way to an early flight from the Charlotte airport. It was 5 am! All of the ladies... working were so nice and the food was great! Read more
Update: Despite being short staffed due to people not wanting to show up for work, the ones who are there are cheerful and... trying their best to keep up with the Biscuitville standard of excellence. All they need is a bit of our patience andunderstanding. There is a reason the parking lot is full on a Saturday, why cars are willing to sit for 40 minutes in a drivethrough. It's because the quality you get for the price you pay can't be beat. We are in one of those times in history where thefinancial market is unstable, we need to help each other get through this with kindness and patience. Thank you so much to allof those who showed up to work on the morning of June 18th to deal with the Father's Day weekend crowd. We appreciate you and Ihope your higher ups give y'all a Bonus!
