Food was adequate for what it is but we were bummed that the fries were really cold (old) and although we only ordered 5... sandwiches, the still forgot to put one in the bag. Wasn't worth it to drive back there but a good reminder to check your order. Read more

New to the area, we decided to try this place out based on a few recommendations. Parking lot is rough! There is a big dip in... the pavement when you enter and a decent incline when you exit, making it hard to see traffic. After waiting in line for sometime in the drive thru, we were asked to pull in to this parking area off to the side of the drive thru. After about 20 minuteswe got our food and headed home. The drive home the food smelled so good, we couldn't wait to try. When we opened up theStyrofoam platters, we were impressed with how good everything looked. Some of us tried their breakfast bowls and it was okay.It wasn't bland, but a little heavy on the cheddar (at least for me). What the biggest disappointment was the pancakes. Theylooked so good but they were sour! I'm not sure if they were supposed to be like that but it was NOT pleasant. If sour pancakesis your thing, then this place is for you. The biscuits were admittingly good. Not the best, they were flatter than the pancakesbut tasted good. You really got to watch these people. They really have good food but they have the attention span of a kindergartner. They... will mess your order up so fast and you won't know until you get home or at work and have to eat f'd up hotdogs cause the peoplemaking the food don't know red from white slaw. Just make sure to check your bag before you leave. Even if you've had to sitand wait 20 or 30 mins. More times than not these people are NOT paying attention. I even made the point to tell you people,.RED SLAW. Why is that so hard bubba? RED, R...E...D,. Red....Slaw. Ya'll really about to make a fool go the half a mile overto the Food Lion and buy all the stuff to make hotdogs at the house. Ordered 50$ worth of food. Got to the window and apparently was charged for the wrong order. They brought a burger and fries... out. Told them that was the wrong order and had to ring up the correct order. After waiting 30 mins for food finally got backhome to realize I was missing 3 fries, bacon and a chocolate milk. No syrup for pancakes and everything was burnt. Tried to callthe restaurant to have it fixed but phone has been busy for 20 mins now. I want my order replaced or a refund. 50$ is alot forfood you did not get or can't eat because it's burnt. Sent my daughter today to get my order replaced and the manager, Jordan,was very rude. They said they would replace the order when I spoke to her on the phone but then refused to replace some of myorder even though I was missing it last time. She wad cussing and saying rude things to the other employees while my daughterwas inside waiting for the order. I won't put what she was saying on here since it's inappropriate. Asked for a number forwhoever is above her to get this straight but there isn't one I guess. Read more
