Always a terrible experience here. They have never been able to get the order correct. I don't ask for anything special, just... some onions on my hamburger. I can't recall a time when I actually got them. I have tried ordering through their app in theeffort to get my food faster as they're very slow too. Using the app made my order even slower. I had to use the call box tosee if my order was ready, they said it was and that they would be right out. It still took another 5 minutes past that callbefore it was brought out. The food was cold by that time too as who knows how long it sat there before they decided toactually bring it to me? Don't waste your time coming here, unless you want your food wrong, and cold. The Sonic we visited is in McGehee, AR. It is on our way to/from to visit some relatives. Very good, prompt, and courteous... service. We ordered two of their menu item #1 (Cheeseburger, fries, and medium sodas). We were completely satisfied, with ourorder. Have stopped here several times in the past, and will again in the future. Not satisfied at all to early for my food to be cold...... 2 #8's popcorn chicken meal plus a order of BBQ jumbo popcorn chicken... WITH tots everything in the bag was cold. No fries for either of my #8 , so I called back in and asked them to come get my foodand they came back out got the bag and went back in and warned the food up and brought it back out with no fries again. Calmedback in there ask the manager she said I sent back it what was in the bag. I said I see you just warmed this up and sent itback out with no fries...... I said I paid for 2 fries, and said ok ma'am they will be out. Now I have waited for 35 min atthis place and still couldn't eat this food cause popcorn chicken was hard as a brick and no dipping sauce no ketchup nothing atthis point I'm so mad I just left I hate lexington ms Sonic food nasty and drinks are nasty and I paid 25 plus dollars ????????never ever will they get my business again. Sat for over 15 minutes waiting after pressing button. And there weren't any other guests. Then charged $1.53 more than the... exact same meal I purchased the previous day. Then refused to do a split payment. Garbage attitudes although I was polite andstill tipped. Read more
The service was horrible and they had people that wasn't in uniform going in and out the door.... The out side of the store... needs some attention...I had to asked for a straw napkins and peppermint...the guy server had an nonchalant attitude... Read more
Foods good, but I could only give two stars because they always get my order wrong, so I cant recommend this place. UPDATE... 10/13/22 So I figured I would give these guys another shot....bad idea....took over 30 minutes to get my food and they werntbusy.
