Note: I am only commenting on the pizza, but there's other Greek style food too. I have had Greek style pizza in the past and I... typically don't like it. However, I REALLY like Alexander's. I'm not sure how faithful it is to authentic Greek style pizza,but it's not too oily, it's got a great crust with the right amount of crunch (the kind that doesn't tear up the roof of yourmouth, but still crunches). Pizza was delivered quickly, but unfortunately was soggy, with the cheese and toppings sliding off of the crust - impossible to... eat slices by hand while it was still warm. Overall a very disappointing meal. Read more
I?m riding my bike and was passing by. I sad, ?I deserve a slice of pizza? The pizza was delicious. They had pre made cheese... with crunchy and tender crust with the right amount of cheese and red sauce. Alexander?s has been around since 1969 so you knowthey are doing something right. The pizza is Greek style with baked in shallow pan which really makes for a great crust. The inhouse made cookies were amazing and delicious. Plenty of beverage options. I?ll be back. Also, they support military veteranswhen I really appreciate. PS I just had to have the fresh out of the oven pepperoni slice. Back again rewarding myself afterriding my bicycle 45 miles so far. Love Alexanders. Always there when I need it. Also one of the places in Lexington that's actually open late. Really gives you... that townie pizza place that I know all of you love. Always glad to pop in and grab a slice. Been waiting to try the fish andchips! Read more
Have been to this place many times since I live near by. They have good food with good price. Today Just noticed they have a new... menu item ?pizza kit? for about $20, which includes two pieces of pizza dough, one cup of sauce two cups of cheese, one toppingfree and two giant pieces of cookie dough. It?s fun to bake pizza and cookies with kids. And the most important thing is, theyare delicious! Read more
Wow, what a great pizza place. I really can?t say enough good things about this spot, everything on the menu is delicious. The... staff is friendly, deliveries arrive quickly and they have not messed an order once. The food is all great and you can?t gowrong with what you order. Great spot I will continue to go to.
