Horrible management. The workers were very friendly and kind and seemed to be working hard. There were two men whom I believe to... be in MANAGEMENT because they were in different colored polo shirts from the others. There were only TWO people working in theback making the food orders. I stood there and timed it; my salad sat up in the window ready to be handed to me for a full sixminutes. Now I know six minutes doesn't seem like much, but when you see not one, but TWO managers standing around just shootingthe breeze? That's unacceptable. AND there were two gentlemen who had placed their orders before me who still didn't have theirfood. I'm a nurse and this location is right across the street from the hospital where I work. Always wanted to try Zaxby?s and I finally got to. I probably won?t eat it again for a long time. It wasn?t horrible but it... wasn?t amazing like I was expecting. We got the Chicken Fingers, Traditional Wings, and Fries combo. The wings were better thanthe fingers. Read more
