I went to the south Broadway store in Lexington ky.. Never been more disappointed from a Zaxby's since it opened in Lexington..... I ordered a house salad with no tomatoes and 1 extra strip of chicken.. got it and the chicken was old AF!! Went back to have itremade and there was tomatoes on it.. I'm allergic to tomatoes.. went back in and they didn't give me my extra strip.. 4x I wentin that store to get my order right and there was super rude everytime I went back.. I was scared that after all that that theyspit in my food so I inspected it hard core!! The little Asian girl that was in the window needs fired!! I will never go back tothis location again!!! It would make it better if you offered me a free meal or 2!! If I wouldn't have been paying attentionand took a bite it could have prolly put me in the hospital.. so.. make it right!! Read more

The meal was decent. The Zaxby?s Signature Chicken sandwich was a bit dry on the edges and didn?t have much sauce. The sauce was... in the middle where the juicy part of the chicken was. The fried pickles were good accompanied with ranch although I only gotthe pickles to annoy my friend who hates pickles. The fries were 50/50 when it comes to soft or crusty. The food here is fresh and hot/warm MOST of the time. The boneless wings and fries are all good and it?s a nice place to go if... you?re having a wing craving. I like their different selections of wing sauces and they all taste good (I usually get tonguetorch). Fries have a nice seasoning as well. I?ve maybe gotten subpar food here once or twice. It took over 15 minutes to get my food. The employees were not busy and there was 7 people in the dining area. I ask for some... sauce and that took 2 more minutes and still not busy. Then the sauce was put on the counter and the girl behind the counter wastalking to her sister about what there going to do after she's off , and I'm standing 3 feet from them. Stopped by Zaxby's for lunch. Only a few patrons in the restaurant while we were there. We had about 40 minutes for lunch... before an appt. LONG wait for our lunch to be prepared. My husband had the Zax Snack which is chicken fingers, fries and TexasToast. He really liked his lunch. I had the Grilled House Zalad. A lot of the lettuce in my salad was old and brown.
