I ordered through the drive thru and ended up getting an order that wasn?t correct. Part of it was. Yes, it was about 30 minutes... before they closed, but it should be rather simple to get an order correct. Especially when there is no one else in line. Read more

First time to zaxby's and I'm very disappointed. Not sure if it's all Zaxby's or just this location but I ordered the 4 piece... chicken finger combo. Let me tell you thats exactly what I got, finger sized chicken. It was also chewy. I will post a photo ofit beside a French fry. All of them were small. I paid over $10 for it. Ordered online from my hotel room and walked over to pick up my order. Asst Mgr at counter was very friendly. Order was done... soon after I arrived. Went back to hotel. Food was still warm. Wasn't that impressed. 3 of the chicken tenders were more likerectangular in shape which made them not like normal tenders. Fries were good but slightly soggy. I have enjoyed Zaxbys in thepast.
