So I'm highly upset I only ordered from this place like twice maybe ! So yesterday I call 08/07/2022 and I talked to the night... shift manager he handled the situation NICELY and supposedly gave me my credit on that account. So I call back today 08/08/2022to redeem my messed up order and was told I'm banned... I ask the lady how was I banned and she said the managers both said iwas banned ... it just doesn't make sense ! Besides all these managers at this store is just rude coming from being a STOREMANAGER myself I would never treat any of my customers or future customers like they talked and treated me. The crazy thing isthey come right up to my job and always nice but that could be the non managers not sure but not to mention that I am dollargeneral right across the street been there for almost 3 years now but they won't have to worry about me anymore I am fully upsetwith this company and wish they can have a better attitudes. Offered no compensation for wrong order, was told "you ordered it wrong" when I used the same exact method i had with the... previous 7 orders and received them without issue. If you are going to sell mediocre products at such a high price, you couldat least make the orders right. How is dry rub ever a dipping sauce? Rub is in the name, lazy pr*cks. Read more
Wings are average! Better off going to roosters. Boneless strips have a lot of strings in them which make it hard to eat, and... the breading taste like the friers haven?t been cleaned in weeks. The salad was brown on edges. Wouldn?t recommend this wingstop to the homeless. Read more
Extremely disappointed. I used to get their chicken tenders, back when they didn't use so much batter. I used to love those... things, now they are way too crispy, I bought em for the chicken! On my most recent order, we had 3 meals, 2 of which weremissing the sauce we ordered. Kinda known for sauce options and to completely leave them out... Pointless meal. The other issueI had was with the "fried pickle spears" they weren't spears at all, they were slices. If it just said "fried pickles" it wouldhave been fine, but it says "spears." The annoying part about this is also the fact that with spears you know your getting acouple of pickles fried in batter. What I got was essentially half a pickle fried, and seemingly refried until they were toohard to eat. Complete waste of money, going elsewhere from now on. I miss when their food was actually good and I didn't mindspending the money to get a good meal. Try harder, y'all! Read more
Ordered today to receive the wrong order again. Contacted the store to have the meal replaced only have the manager say he... checked it himself and never to order from there again. I guess the new cheese fries have invisible cheese? Read more
I really like Wing Zone and never disappointed in the flavor. But the reason for the 3 stars is because every time I order a... drink, they forget it and offer a credit or to be right back with my drink. I?d much rather just have the drink that is circledon the receipt. Also, sometimes the cheese on the fries isn?t melted. Those two things aside, the flavor is always good, andthey send out coupons and deals. If your order online and get the boneless wings and cheese fries well done, they?re muchbetter. Read more
Wings were fine, nothing great nothing terrible, fries were fine, pick up order was ready on time. The sides are a joke for the... Party Pack for 5-8 people. 8 tiny celery sticks, 3 dipping sauces (see wing in picture for reference), "jumbo coleslaw"(ridiculously small portion - they give you two half filled small containers). I usually let stuff like this slide and havenever made a negative post before. Just thought folks might like to know what to expect. Read more
