You place a mobile order half an hour ago and you need to wait another 30min in drive-thru line to pick it up. Fine!
First if your really hunger this is not the place! Your wait is minimum 15 in the drive threw plus the people always seems to... have some kinda excuse on why it takes them 30 min to make two sliders. My guess is they are aging the cheese? Order online get to the store and the inside is closed and drive thru line is wrapped around the building. I call them and got... someone to answer the phone after several times of calling. The lady on the phone said she would open the door for me. Well Iwas thinking my order was going to be ready but it wasn't and they had even started on it . Stood at counter for 10 minutes while I was ignored by the employees. Even the manager didn't correct the situation. She was to... busy cooking hamburgers. Finally someone acknowledge me and I was waited on. Got 4 of the Bacon Ranch Chicken sandwiches. Theywere okay could have had more ranch on it. Good food if you?re willing to wait. The drive-thru is frequently slow- very slow. It is not uncommon to sit in line for 20... minutes behind four vehicles.They usually apologize for the wait but by the time I get my food, I?m just wishing they would fixthe problem.
