I started this review with the intent to share the poor experience I had the other day and how I was treated by some new... employees but I have decided to instead share with you a review of an employee of this establishment named Mr.Kenny. I’ve beencoming here for a very long time. Often around 0700 when I’m coming home from work. Mr.Kenny is usually the person that greetsme on the weekend mornings. I have seen this man sweep the parking lot (even in rain), take out trash, sweep, mop, run theregister, cook (I’m sure much more), all while being kind, polite and a smile on his face. He is a breath of fresh air in thefood service industry. He goes above and beyond and if anything is wrong or unsatisfactory even if it’s not on his shift, hewill do whatever he can to make it right. I see you Mr.Kenny and I thank you for being the human being you are. You may notrealize it but your character is noticed and you are appreciated deeply. I look forward to stopping and knowing you will bethere because I know my food will be fresh, correct and you always ask me how I’m doing. I hope this establishment recognizesyou and your hard work and dedication. You deserve to be noticed and acknowledged for what all you do. After all, you are theonly reason I continue to spend my money at this location and the only reason I gave it 5 stars. If anyone reading this takesanything from it, let it be that we can always find something wrong to complain about, but what can we say thats good? Be thechange you want to see, be like Mr.Kenny. Worst experience at a white castle I've ever had. We ordered online at 6pm for pick up at 645. When I arrived I stood in line... behind an older couple for about 5 minutes then they just left with no food which should have been my first clue. After about 2more minutes someone came up for my order I got a small drink and told them I was there for a pick up. He gave me a receipt thenwent back to work. Everybody was working in the back and the drive thru was moving I finally gave up and walked out at 712 inorder to get to a show at Comedy off Broadway that started at 715. At least I got my small drink I guess. I will never visitthis white castle again and advise that nobody else does either unless you've just got time to kill. Read more
Ordered 4 sliders and fries Went through drive thru, very sweet girl. But I get out at the light, take a burger out and it's... cheeseburgers. Can't have the cheese so that sucked. The fries were cold and slimy. Read more
I don't like to leave negative reviews but they do not have the full capacity to process Uber Eats orders, yet they are still... taking them. They sent my order out of the restaurant with 1/2 of it missing. I called, they said that I would have to take itup with Uber if I wanted a refund. I told them I would place another order so that everyone could get their food, spending moremoney, if they could at least put out missing items in the bag, and they said they would. I placed another order. They called meand said they were out of what we ordered but they did not have the tablet that allows them to refund items in their store, so Iwould still be responsible for canceling my own order again. Uber is flagging my requests now as invalid because I haverequested too many refunds already due to this issue, despite no fault of my own. I was as accommodating as I feel I could havebeen and my issue was not resolved. Close Uber Eats orders if you cannot fulfill them! Read more
Love white castles I'm hoping one of these burger chains take charge & start adding a ground turkey burger or ground chicken... burger to the menu. I don't eat beef & i would love an alternative to beef. Read more
Enjoyed the sack of burgers, frys,chicken rings! My first experience as we have none in my area.
Was out after midnight and nothing else was open, so we went through the drive through. Ordered a sack of 10 sliders for ($6.99)... and paid a little extra to add jalapeño cheese to them. I have to say that they were served to us hot and fresh. I forgot howtasty these little burgers are. Not bad for a late night, cheap meal. Read more
If you want White Castle, THIS is the one you go to. There were two staff members working when I stopped in last Sunday night... and even though the drive through was extremely busy, I was not ignored. The food was hot and fresh and exactly how I orderedit. It only took EIGHT minutes for a bunch of various sliders, chicken rings, and fries. Amazing job and I'll be back. Read more
