Great service! Tried the peppermint frosty, and it was delicious! I changed part of my order at the window and the worker was... very friendly and kind. Came through 11/6. They left out part of my order initially and I had to go back through which was annoying but understandable... enough. Had to wait through a 6 car line for food they forgot. When I got home, half of my order is completely wrong andinedible. It?s also missing all of the sauce (some of which I was charged extra for lol). Lazy workers or just plainincompetent, either way, same result. Waste of time and money. Read more
Better hope you don't want to go inside or have a pickup order. They will randomly close and lock the lobby as early as 430 in... the afternoon, without warning, without a note on the door saying drive thru only. The only way to find out is the lobby is openis to go yank on the door handle only to be disappointed that you got out of your car to even try. What a joke Read more
I've always felt like Wendy's had great burgers even though I haven't eaten beef in years. They have the best fries in their... tier of fast food restaurants. I'm hoping one of these fast food burger restaurant take charge & add a ground turkey burger orground chicken burger soon. Really F-A-S-T Food @ this location. Will return. Only drawback - they don't honor nationwide sales promotions, like the 'Free... Fries' on July 19,22. Strawberry ???? Frosty - interesting change, but nothing or no one can compete in any way with The RealFrosty - Chocolate is inimitable. Read more
What?s wrong with this Generation! I mean wow come on! I was having a hard time hearing the young lady that was taking my order... and when I rolled up to the window there was a younger black gentleman who was rude to me when I tried to explain to him thatthe speaker was really low and I was Apologizing for not being able to hear her. After he Snatched my card out of my hands androlled his eyes at me I didn?t say anything else. But I didn?t ask for a drink Carrier because I didn?t have a large drink and afrosty I?m assuming he didn?t like that because I was trying to put the rest of my stuff and it?s area he was beating the drinkcarrier on the windowsill because obviously I was taking too long even though there were no cars behind me after that he justshut the window and didn?t say a word to me I went and I opened my bag my fries were cold and stuck together I had a 10 piecenugget with no sauce and my hamburger was extremely old I know this because I work in restaurants and I know what a sandbaggedburger is and that?s exactly what I got a burger that had been premade and sitting and the best part is after I spent almost$20 for this meal he didn?t even have the decency to give me my receipt. Wanted what I usually get, a bacon cheddar sandwich. I have no clue what this is. It's soggy, has a sweet bbq smell that... overpowers everything. I didn't check my food before I left bc I was heading to work in a hurry. I'm not sure if this is thewrong sandwich or what but the bread is a regular bun, no bacon jam, no shredded cheddar. I go to the drive-thru around 3:00 pm. It's not busy so I don't mind asking for fresh hot fries. I was told there would be a... 5-minute wait, that's fine. After getting my order I didn't think that I received my fries so I went back in. (I made a mistakebecause I did get my fries I just didn't see them in the bag) The lady working expo (probably manager) was frustrated and I'mjust going to leave it at that. I live 1.5 miles from this location. I get home and my fries are cold, soggy, and rubbery, sothey go straight in the trash because they're not edible. They absolutely did that on purpose because they had to have beensitting for at least 20 to 30 minutes. I've had several issues with this location and I won't be returning. Save your money guysand go down the street to the one at nicholasville and moore drive, they will get your order perfect every time. So disgusted. Read more
