I ordered a 4/$4 and asked for a dbl stack w/LTOC only instead I got a JR cheeseburger w/PKMC and the cheese wasn?t melted. The... nuggets were cold and also the fries. Worst meal ever only thing I ate and had a hard time eating it was the COLD burger. Icouldn?t take it back because I was on my lunch break. Seems my review was removed so reuploading. This place basically scammed me They gave me an incorrect order, something i threw... out since its not what id eat, was not even close to my cost, and then when i call 4 times i get no answer on the phone. It wasnight time, they were gonna close relatively soon, so i waited til the next day and went back. Showed the manager the receiptand explained, she said i could have got the receipt from anywhere and asked why i didnt come back that night. Maybe if youanswered the phone when i kept calling i would have driven back across town just for my single sandwich and it would have beenworked out... but no, they give me an incorrect order, ignore my calls, then say i "could have got the receipt from anywhere"laughable. Like im trying to scam them out of a single sandwich with a receipt that is clearly from their business? Funnilyenough i had ordered nuggets when i walked in because i was hungry, so when she gave me that nonsense i just walked out evenafter paying for the nuggets. The lady at the drive thru told my that I could only use my coupon for buy 1 premium burger and get 1 for a buck only on the... Wendy's single. It clearly said premium sandwich so unless a Wendy's single is the only premium sandwich they have on the menunow I guess she was correct. I don't know but I wonder what the other burgers are called because apparently they aren't premiumsandwiches. Read more
This is probably the best Wendy's in all of Lexington!! Every time I come my food is fresh.. I'm on budget too I stick to the... $5 biggie bags. Today I had double stack, nuggets and fries it was all fresh and good . Good Job Wendy's ! Read more
Extremely disappointed with this location. I was excited to try the new items that just came out on the menu. So I was going to... go in because I wanted fresh hot fries and found out the dining room was closed for renovation, so I went through thedrive-thru. They weren't busy because it was around 3:00 pm so I didn't feel bad asking specifically for some fresh hot friesand the new ghost pepper sauce. I got cold fries that were soaked in butter or oil and no ghost pepper sauce. My burger wasmediocre, not like I usually get, piping hot. I didn't get the ghost pepper sauce so I pull over to park and I called the storeand told and told them I wasat curbside and they said they would be right out. They never came out. They were in such a rush andin a hurry to get me through the drive-thru instead of focusing on my order and getting things right. Severely disappointed. Read more
