Worst Waffle House ever. I walked into that store and wanted to order take-out. A staff told me that I needed to wait for them... to handle dine-in customers first. So I waited in front of their checkout desk for 20 minutes. Then another staff came and askedif I was to order take-out. She took her notepad and I thought she was ready for my order. But after a minute's hesitation, shesaid they were not doing take-out this morning. I was very confused and told her that the other staff over there told me to waitand would take my order. Here came the perfect response: "That was not me". So basically, every staff member at this WaffleHouse is representing him/herself, not the store. There is no such a thing called store-wide policy because each staff memberhas his/her own policy. They don't care about having a customer waiting for 20 minutes. All they care is whether the customerfollows the contradictory policies individual staff members randomly defined. Very unprofessional! Read more
Super friendly staff. Unfortunately eggs were undercooked. I ordered over medium and the whites in the middle were still raw.... Hash browns were so cold, they seemed like they just came out of the refrigerator. Everything else was great. Read more
I've had a craving for dinner Waffle House Hashbrowns for a while now. Stopped in the other morning and was pleasantly greeted... by Stephanie. She took our order promptly, brought drinks and food was on the table by our second sip. The absolute fastestservice I've ever had at a Waffle House! Food was excellent and filling! The team on duty seemed to have great cohesiveness andhad pride in their appearance. I love seeing restaurants "click" like this one did. We'll be back! Read more

What a pleasant experience i had today at this waffle house restaurant. A lady was seated next to us in the lower stool? we were... in a good mood enjoying the service of an old lady waitress? the food was great, the place was buzzing with people.. to mysurprise the lady setting next to us finished her meal and about to leave.. she said have a good day and your bill has beentaken care of!!!
