Disappointing. As I sat down, I could hear the waitstaff comment about who had to take my order. The diner was less than half... full, & most tables already had their food. Apparently I drew the short straw with the waitress who came to the table, as shebarely spoke to take my order, & then plopped down my coffee & a handful of creamer without a word. The cook called out ?orderup? multiple times, & when I glanced in his direction he asked if my order contained an item - I responded yes, & he had to asksomeone to take my food out. It seemed the staff were more motivated to complete chores behind the counter than servecustomers. I had to ask the (different) server for a refill of coffee, & the butter I had indicated when I placed my order.After that, not one person came over to see how my food was, ask if I needed anything, etc. when I finished my coffee, I set thecup to the edge of the table to alert the staff for a refill - nothing. I looked up multiple times to try to get someone?sattention but there was no one in my area for my entire meal. After I completed my meal, the original server who took my ordercame & filled my coffee without a word, no creamer, set the bill fave down on the table & walked away. This is NOT the service Itypically experience at Waffle House, which I only get to visit when I travel. I also noticed that other tables were treatedsimilarly. Hopefully management takes heed of this review to talk with the staff & encourage them to treat their customers withcourtesy & respect. Read more
Nice , clean, food was very good and the service , I couldn't as I for any better. Me and my family were treated the way anyone... would want to be treated at a place of family togetherness. I was very pleased and I thank all the employees that work therethey all do a great job and Waffle House should be proud of you all. You employees are what makes people want to ither come anddine their or not . (In part) anyways. For me it is how my family and I are treated at a place we sit down to have dinnertogether. Went to this location to see if it was better than the one off Winchester Rd and it was! It was cleaner, service was better, and... food was as good as I expected. They were super busy but made good time with everything. Read more
Server was polite and friendly. Portions are small but food is good. Being open at 5 a.m. for a traveler is a real plus.

So My Family and i are traveling for Thanksgiving and we decided to stop here to have lunch,our food came out quick.And our... waiter was very nice she made sure we had everything and if something was wrong she will fix it right away.
