There?s a lady who had neck surgery there she shouldn?t be screaming the orders, give her a different position she needs to job... and she?s a great team player. Everyone there works team and I can see all the cooks and servers work really hard. Pleaseconsider giving her a break on the yelling for the food. I don?t understand how anyone has the heart to even give this place abad review. This was probably my worst experience ever, at any waffle house! It was in the 30's outside and the A/C was on. The... silverware was super dirty and the burger tasted really bad. The quality of their burgers is definitely NOT even close to whatit used to be. I hadn't been to this particular location since before the Covid shutdown and probably won't return after this. I was with a large group and none of us were satisfied with our meals. We were actually looking forward to it so it was evenmore of a letdown. Read more
I would leave 0 stars if I could, called to place an order only to be told that it cannot be done, so drove there, and placed an... order to go. Clearly state what my fiancee and I order, watch the woman write it down and tell the cook exactly what we ordered.I go back to my car and return inside 5 mins later, pay for the food. Get home and both orders are incorrect, so we call andtell them and she says nothing can be done that we should have checked the order while paying. I'm sorry, that I didn't think itwas possible to completely ruin an order that's very simple, all this while there are only 2 people there besides my fiancee andmyself. The staff really needs to focus on cooking and getting orders correct before they focus on telling people about theirmoped they drive, and the professional piercing that they do on the side. I will not return to this location again. Focus on thecustomer's orders before trying to act like you've known them for years. 0 stars, 0 recommendations to dine here. My pork chops were cooked to perfection, the cooks and chefs did an excellent job and my food was exactly as I wanted it. John... (our waiter) was awesome! I've always loved this store but it has gone down hill. Always looked forward to a good meal from here Went for food took longer... than it should. I'm a line cook so get the life but bro was cooking his own food and mine eggs were under cooked and bland.Store was really dirty the manager or whatever he was was wiping the walls with a dirty rag. Everything was greasy and nasty. Mygravy taste like dishwater haven't even started the rest yet. Don't know if I will sucks cause it's a great store great locationbut guess like every restaurant hiring good employees that clean and can cook isn't the priority. Hashbrowns definitely notcooked enough. Dude had 5 orders wasn't trained enough for the call out system. That's out dated anyways don't know why yallstill have that. Good customer service but Not In good Sanitation. When they cook food they leave Raw food on the side with Utensils laying on... the food itself. Would not recommend. The tables are dirty and Cookware needs to be cleaned. Read more
Fast, tasty, good value. Retro furnishings. Nothing fancy, just good plain food. Good coffee. Get the waffle breakfast special... and you won't be able to finish it all there's so much food. They keep this place clean. The staff is very friendly. Handicapaccessible. Read more
One complaint... just the cleanliness of the store. All the tables were dirty and had to ask to have one wiped down for us. But... I ???? waffle house. And my hashbrowns smothered, covered and chunked were phenomenal as always! Read more
