The salad was delicious it was huge. Can't complain on that now. It's pricey but it's good place to try out. If you love salads... you will love it. Stopped by for lunch and was impressed by the variety and quality of the choices and ingredients. Simple concept with salads... that can also be made into wraps. Proteins can be added for a modest up charge and choice of drinks includes such options asmango jalapeño limeade and Bluegrass Breeze tea (mango and guava). Really friendly staff as well. Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen is a go to when we want something fresh and light. The staff is always personable and the service is... quick because they make your meal as you make your selections. It is like Subway for Salads/Soups. My go to salad is the ChickenTaco but I tried the Bibim Noodle Bowl last time and it was great and full of Asian flavors. This is a great restaurant if youwant to watch your calories but still have a flavorful meal. Only draw back is that it is a bit pricey. Read more

The food here was absolutely amazing the atmosphere was so peaceful the staff was super friendly very helpful. I actually have... some allergies to some of the food there and I love that the staff took the time to get me ingredients for my salad that Iwanted that hadn't been touched with anything else. This was my 1st time here and I will be back. I wanted to buy a gallon ofthe cucumber mint lemonade and unfortunately you guys don't sell gallons at this particular location..
