Drive through I ordered a small drink with our order and, after checking on-line later realized I was charged for a large. I was... close enough to go back to tell them and the unfriendly manager told me the online prices were different from in-store pricesand that my small drink did, indeed, cost $2.29. I hadn?t been given a receipt. I think the whole staff is skimming. Stayaway. Read more

Pepsi zero tasted odd. Chalupa crusts seemed overcooked - crunchy. Always great service & friendly staff

I sincerely don?t understand how you can not care at all to read the directions on tickets. I?ve worked in a kitchen for years... and all of my issues with this place are 100% lack of caring. None of my burritos were wrapped at all just open likequesadillas. Lettuce on my no lettuce order. Cheese all over dairy free things. It?s complete lack of respect for food quality, and complete failure within management. Read more

Absolutely bottom tier service. I ordered via the mobile app and they deliberately messed up every single thing I ordered, even... though I was the ONLY customer there, WHILE I listened to them make fun of my order as they prepared it just because I wantedblack beans instead of meat, and no sour cream. I heard him say ?No sour cream? Really??? And then they dumped sour cream allover it. Lots of laughing the whole time. They also somehow managed to completely ruin the tortilla of my bean burrito, andthen instead of remaking it they just wrapped it in another tortilla. Despicable, shameful service, and a strong case for robotautomation. Read more

tl;dr. take your business elsewhere. This location engages in theft by refusing to make mobile orders, but marking it as... completed so you can't get a refund. Called customer support but refund after two weeks. More than one complaint through theapp. No resolution. Someone did call, but just gave excuses and downplayed the incident. When they aren't doing that they'llscrew up orders in every possible manner. Make a cheaper burrito instead of what you ordered. Burrito contents are unevenlyspread. Put sour cream when you request none. Billed for extra toppings that you don't get. Won't give utensil packet forrelevant orders. Ask for two packets of sauce, get 35. Miscount items in an order. Mix a drive through order up with an in-lobbyorder (give you the wrong order). Read more

Unfortunately the Grilled chicken chipotle burrito was the worst I have ever received from many competing Taco Bell restaurants.... All tortilla, & chips, no chicken or sauce. And In the spicy potato soft taco, there were exactly 4 pieces of potato. All cheeseand lettuce. Not worth the money whatsoever in these times. No respect or regards for customer experience or respect. Verydisrespectful order taking skills ?repeat that!??? with attitude. Also heard the employee talking rude about the customer on herheadset. ?She just asked where the chalupa was?????- when we arrived to the window. Overall definitely worth the 1 star, comingfrom a past 3 year fast food trainer. Read more

I literally just wanted lunch, and somehow whoever loaded up my bag either didn't notice or didn't care that these sauce packets... were busting and in absolutely disgusting shape, if i had more than 30 minutes for my lunch i would have turned around and wentstraight back to have a friendly chat with the staff on why they thought this was okay to put in my bag. I've never had anynegative experiences at any other taco bell in this area. And usually even if I have a less than stellar experience (this goesfor anywhere, at that), i rarely feel the need to go online and complain, but this is just disgusting. I can't fathom what goesthrough someone's brain to think that it's okay to put old, busted, and crusty sauce packets in with someone's food. I do lovesome taco bell on occasion, but best believe after this, I'll be taking my business elsewhere when I'm in this area for work. Idon't know what good a google review will do, but if someone of merit sees this, and if they care, maybe tell your employees tonot do this. because I refuse to believe they didn't notice this glob of sauce packets all stuck together.
