I usually love taco bell. I'm huge supporter and investor of the franchise, have been for 20 years. But this evening, no. I'm... disappointed. Disappointed like a father when their first son doesn't measure up. My food came back cold and half of the ordermissing. For $20 I expected to come back home to a feast, instead I feel as if I'm having to eat the last of my rations duringwar times. The crunchwrap that actually came was soggy, not a single crunch. I was really looking forward to two of myburritos, but they are nowhere to be found. I didn't know I had to fold my own tacos anymore either. I praise God that theyweren't able to find a to mess up my Dr. Pepper. That sweet sustenance is pure as the driven snow. In conclusion, I amdisappointed. I will not be returning to this establishment. You shall instead find me at del taco, where my $20 purchases willfill this empty void that taco bell has now left in my stomach, and heart. To add salt to the wounds, I have no sauce to helpput down this dry taco, no napkins to dry my tears, and no nacho on these nacho fries. Read more
First, I attempted to order inside. In the middle of me ordering at the kiosk, an employee approached me to say that the dining... room was closed. Yet there were no signs posted stating so, and the doors were unlocked. Then, we decided to go through thedrive thru where our order was taken by an employee who very obviously did not understand manners. Her tone was annoyed and whenwe asked for a second to look at the menu, she continued to annoyedly ask if we wanted anything else. Not a good experience, andwe will not be back. Read more

This Taco Bell is amazing! Some of the Staff knows me by name. They always get my order right and are super friendly! Definitely... worth a visit. My girlfriend and I come thru all the time to get the Baja blast or Cinnabons! 10/10! Read more
I don't review places often. Almost never. This is the best Taco Bell I've had. Limited drive thru wait, very friendly staff,... and the portions are spot on... not the barely filled tacos and burritos like the TB's in Louisville. Read more
Well the food was good as usual, but since they forgot part of the order, and then no one ever answers the phone or it goes to a... fax line. My girlfriend even left a message online, at corporate and got no response, but at least it didn?t look like this, andthese pics are from there, just a year ago but it was terrible, so they have gotten better. I ordered a number 6 and a $1 craving beef burrito. Sourcream and I don't mix, therefore I don't order items with it on it, and... in the number 6 all you get is a Chicken Quesadilla and a crunchy taco standard. I changed it to soft. I come home and see justa doll up of sour cream almost as if it was intentional hid under the lettuce. The only person who was really nice to me in thestore was the cashier who's I wish name I could have gotten before leaving to praise and when I asked for sauce the managerstopped the employee I asked for sauce and then himself proceeded to only give me what his helping of sauce was for me. Nothing better than getting home, unwrapping your supreme tacos and finding this monstrosity. What is so hard about making... food.. not only did they forget my nacho fries.
