The person that took the order was okay. I got two nacho fry deluxe boxes, a potato taco, a mango freeze and a beefy taco but I... was missing both of my chalupas from my boxes, my cheese sauce was halfway empty and SPILLED in the bag, my fries were flippedover in the bag, and he almost didn?t give me one of my drinks but I have told him i was missing one before i drove off. This is a 3 star taco bell but the homie at the drive thru at like 11p.m on 10/4 is a 10 star real one.
This was the best Taco Bell experience I've had in Lexington in THREE YEARS! I didn't have to wait 40+ minutes to get my mobile... order like last time, at this exact location, although I didn't go inside this time. Food was also EXACTLY as ordered. Noknockoff "burritos". No expired tortillas. Ingredients were correct and evenly spread in burritos. Food wasn't burned. Allcustomizations were followed! Whoever is working this shift (12:30pm) needs to train or manage the other shifts and Lexingtonlocations! THIS is how you make repeat customers! Read more
This taco bell is awful. They close randomly before they're suppose too. I waited in line for them to tell me they're closed... cause they are short staffed. It's b.s. This is the 3rd time. Did you just figure that out at midnight on three separateoccasions? Read more
I drive for Doordash and Uber Eats, and I'm telling you, do NOT order from this Taco Bell during late night hours. I've gotten... so many botched orders that it's gotten to the point where I will decline them all because I'm tired of customers calling mewith complaints. I don't know what's going on at this location but they cannot seem to get an order right, even when there's noone else in line behind me. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Read more
Omg never go to this taco bell. This is the closest one to my house and I will pass it to go another one. I have never ran into... such issues with a restaurant and the employees speak to you whatever way they feel like it. Read more
Love taco bell usually get #8 crunchy. This time got the 10 pack. They were slammed woman in front of me placed several orders... and all were change this add this. She should have gone on. But anyway got home opened up started eating. Some of the tacos wereok some not so much. Hardly any beef. My last one had maybe a teaspoon of meat. Guess they were on a hurry. I went to the Taco Bell at 1970 Harrodsburg Rd, Lexington, KY 40503 on Sat Nov 19 2022 at approx 2am. I pulled up to the drive... thru and was told that the store was only accepting mobile orders and door dash. I told them okay, and began to download theapp. I asked the order taker of this was a new policy. She said that it was because they were understaffed and they cannotoperate the register with only 3 people and that it was to get the orders out in a timley manner. She added in the next sentencethat it will take 15 minutes for them to recieve the order after I place it and asked me to pull around. I asked if I could tellthem the order I was about to place so that they could get started on it. She said no. After being refused in my order attempdue to this utter ridiculous, I concluded that the staff did not want to work that evening because such a policy is sobackwards, I have never seen it in the history of dining. How does not operating the pos system deliver service "in a timelymanner" but sitting there for 15 minutes while waiting for the app order to appear at the store is considered timely? It becauseit was a giant F U to the customers from the staff. That's why. I was not the only one they turned away either. Read more
