Came here around 2am only to found out they?re only taking online orders. That was fine with me so I did that. I get back to the... drive through window and find out I can?t get my order because they?re out of chicken. I only eat things with chicken from thereso I asked for a refund. I?m told they can?t do refunds for online orders. So then they offer me a coupon for 1 free taco (about $1.50 ) after I just spent almost $10. So I just spent money to drive away completely empty handed. The employee at thewindow said there?s no manger there and there won?t be in the morning either ( highly doubt that ), and didn?t offer anysolution other than giving me something of lesser value than the money I wasted on them. Every single time I go to this place they never put the sauce I ask for or they say they don?t have any, tonight I ordered on... DoorDash and didn?t even get half of what I paid for, no sauce, I got nacho cheese and chips, they put the chips no cheese. Butthey put the receipt on the bag like can you not read? Shout out to Leestown rd Taco Bell- yall ain't never done me dirty. Always fast, always gotten my order correct and always been... super nice. I just got off work myself and yall made this exhausted pregnant lady so happy. And shout out to the sweet younggirl who was taking orders and working window, I didn't catch her name but she was killing it! I was in and out within 5minutes. To the owner, I came through the drive through today(6/23/2022) at 7:03 and no one was available. I watched another car pull... through at 7:06. We both ended up going to your competitor next door. Your employee (who I am assuming drives the Black Toyotaparked closest to the lobby) is literally costing you business. I'd venture to assume this isn't the first time this has happeneither. Service is great! Food was kinda thrown together, but it was still good. The nacho fries are always under cooked it seems. Not... all of them, but some of them. The quesadilla was pretty good even though the contents weren't distributed evenly throughout thetortillas. The service was fast and good! Read more
Didn't like the employee talking stupid loud and acting foolish visiting with her boyfriend in between drive thru orders.... Unprofessional should be retrained. Customers don't want to listen to your personal conversations. Read more
Used to be the best location in town. Lately, BAD. I ordered 2 meals. Neither correct. I literally got greasy beef rolled in a... tortilla and some grilled thing that was stuffed with soggy lettuce and tomatoes instead of crunchy tacos or chicken quesadillaslike I ordered.
